- TSTara stark3 days ago1.0I have consistently utilized this establishment for oil changes, but a recent inspection beneath my vehicle revealed substantial damage to the splash shields, including damaged bolts, broken metal reinforcement, and oil saturation resulting from services performed at this location. I subsequently decided to change the oil myself and encountered significant difficulty removing the drip pan bolt, only to discover that the rubber washer had been improperly installed, becoming embedded in the threading. I was thoroughly surprised by the extent of the damage. The necessary replacement of all shield components incurred costs exceeding $300, and I was required to clean the threading of the oil pan plug. I am thoroughly dismayed by the exorbitant costs associated with the oil changes provided by this establishment, particularly considering the subpar workmanship and apparent disregard for vehicle integrity. It is truly disconcerting that such negligence is exhibited by individuals responsible for servicing vehicles, and I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. Truly no stars are deserved do better cars are not cheap nor are replacing parts we are trusting these establishments with.
