- HFHarris Farley1 day ago5.0I often use Valvoline for getting work done both quickly and with a level of quality, but the service at this location went FAR beyond my usual expectations. I was treated very well by Calvin, who walked me through some options for things I needed to get done, and provided me with quick and friendly solutions for everything I needed. I was seriously impressed with the customer service, and I’ll be coming back here every time I need quick service or an oil change.
- NNnarsay3 days ago1.0Made me move my truck from lane to lane literally 3 times. Then they quoted me $10 more than another Valvoline down the road from them where I usually change my oil, but they had run out. Yep, an oil change place that has no oil. I asked why the extra $10, and the employee said it’s a “surcharge” because oil is “hard to get nowadays”. I kid you not. I also sat here for over 45 minutes in what’s supposed to be a quick and go oil change. Miserable experience. This was my true experience.

I was impressed with Hunter, the manager, as he was also very friendly and I observed him training a new tech. I could tell that he was being thorough and patient. No pressure to replace wipers, filters, etc. Great communication on future needs
- GBGiovanni BuendiaAug 22, 20261.0Our experience with your team is very positive and pleasant, on the other hand your prices to change the oil and filter on our 2023 Ford Transit v6 it's outrageous and more than double ($191 two days ago)compare to the Ford dealership ($55) or Walmart ($68). It's the same type of oil as the other places nothing different or special. I understand the convenience of your shop but more than double is not acceptable. Im not a happy customer and wouldn't recommend this business.

They were quick to attend me as soon as I pulled up, they were clear about what was being done and offered me extras without being pushy at all. Honestly this will be my go to oil change from now on. Their prices are super fair and they always have a coupon on their website. If you go to this location, ask for Hunter & Calvin!
