  If Codi isn’t the manager, you need to make him one. I’ve never gone to get an oil change and thought about the customer service but I damn near offered the kid a job at my clothing store. Amazing service! I’ll come back

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Valvoline. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been polite, professional, and informative. I come here for oil changes, but they always do a thorough inspection and provide a detailed printout of completed and recommended services. What really stands out is that they never pressure me into buying additional services. In fact, they’ve recommended I go elsewhere when it made more sense for me. They suggested I get a free tire rotation at Discount Tire instead of paying for one there, and they also recommended I have my mechanic replace a belt rather than having them do it—even though they offer both of those services. That honesty goes a long way. On top of the excellent service, the customer experience is outstanding. In the Arizona heat, they offered me a cold bottle of water and gave me the option to wait in their air-conditioned lobby instead of staying in my car while it was turned off. I’m always impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and customer-first approach. It’s the only place my household trusts for our vehicles, and I highly recommend them!

  Codi and team were amazing, even offered me a water!! Another location was short-handed and said it would be over an hour, Codi and his team don’t disappoint! Had to drive an extra 20 min, but always worth it and always great service at this location consistently!

  Good place to get an oil change. Call ahead if you want to recharge your AC (which is a service they offer) after waiting in line for about a half hour, when I was finally helped I was told that they are out of coolant and I could come back tomorrow to charge my AC. I responded by saying that is very inconvenient and they should come ask what service people need on their vehicle when they pull up (they want you to stay in their vehicle). He then came back to me and said actually they do indeed have coolant, but my vehicle has a very unique AC system and they can't service my vehicle. I will never underestimate the uniqueness of my 2019 Honda Civic ever again.

  Professional, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, clean and thorough. Suggested services in a let’s say pleasant and courteous manner. Honest about the air filter instead of trying to sell me something I knew I didn’t need. I wanted the AC service but didn’t have time. It needed and I wanted the offered and due trans service but, since it didn’t have a dip stick they weren’t able do it. They wouldn’t accept a tip. Why don’t you allow them to accept a tip? I don’t offer a tip often and your crew deserved it.
