Had king pins, steering axle leaf springs replaced along with a 3 axle alignment within 3 months started wearing steer tires went back to have it checked and was told the problem was because it was a volvo and the brand of tires took it to another shop needed rear suspension repairs and the spring hanger bushings were torn and coming out called straightline and was told that their people do not make mistakes and now the king pins are already worn out with less than 70 thousand miles

We have a new to us Class C motorhome and wanted to upgrade the suspension. They helped me decide what worked best, and sent multiple quotes as we narrowed it down. They returned every email, called me days before when there was going to be a parts delay to reschedule, and improved the ride on my motorhome 100%. To get that kind of service these days is extremely rare, I highly recommend for RV suspension work.

Unethical Pricing. I prefer to use small locally owned shops, so I canceled my appointment down the street at one of the nationwide shops and chose Strait Line instead. I had the shop do simple replacement of rear shocks & add Sumo Springs front & back on a Sprinter motorhome. I supplied all parts so this was labor only. It was on their lot for 3 hours and they tried to charge me nearly 4 hours of their shop time. Do the math. This was a simple job that their mechanics could do in about 1.5 hrs. Over $600 for this simple installation. I discussed this with the manager, and he didn't want to discuss it much.

Mark that answers the phone is rude. I had a 9:30 appt and told him I was running late. He said it was 9am (which it wasn’t) I wrote it down while I was on the phone with them. He says we’ll just drop it off and we will get to it when we can and that it won’t be today. Since I’m only 10 minutes late to our appointment. Guy was extremely rude and sounded aggravated He had to answer the phone. Do better

We had Sumo springs, upgraded shocks, rear anti-sway bar, leveling blocks and steering stabilizer installed in our Winnebago Sunstar N27 motorhome. The improvement in the handling and stability were well worth the cost. The RV drives so much better and now sits level vs 2" low on the passenger side. Marc got the work done in less than 2 days and came in under the estimate.
