I let them know that I had to move out of state next week prior to the purchase. With that being said a part was ordered and to complete the installation and there was no assessment of risk to getting this installation completed. They wasted my time making me purchase something they knew wasn’t going to get here in time. If I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get this installed I wouldn’t have purchased anything here. They refused to give me a refund for all my parts and only refunded my installation and for the part ordered. I basically just spent $1000 for above market price parts with no resolution or follow up through the week on alternate options for me. Mismanagement at its finest.

I finally went in today and I was legit blown away by the friendly inviting atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. It's not a show its how they really get down at slingin tint.
