  Brought in my 2024 Bronco who had an MB Quart stage 6 system installed elsewhere. Had an issue of some pulsing coming from the speaker when the battery would wake up or go to sleep. Had a couple places look at it but couldn’t figure it out but these guys did! Also had some great work done on some sound deadening. Between MB hooking it up with a tune directly and Slangin helping fix the issue it sounds great. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

  I had a $500 gift card and I visited this establishment as a walk-in customer, curious to see if they would even handle a small visor tint job. To my surprise, I was met with exceptional service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind, and they didn’t treat me differently because I had a gift card or needed a small service. They even worked with the larger amount I received on the gift card to make the job beneficial. I ended up getting a ceramic windshield coating in addition to a visor strip tint. I didn’t expect this level of service, especially since I had walked in without an appointment. Jose, the technician, installed the tint within less than an hour! I still had $65 left on my gift card, and the staff suggested that I go to the showroom down the street to see if I could find a phone case or something else of a smaller amount. I considered going, but I knew that I wouldn’t be back in deep Mesa again as I’m from South Scottsdale. So, I decided to check it out! I was met with the most enthusiastic, welcoming, coolest glasses I’ve ever laid eyes on -wearing Guy named Scotty karate! I told him about my small amount left over on my gift card and with NO hesitation he started pulling things in that dollar amount! He didn’t try to upsell me on anything or once again treat me any differently because I had a smaller dollar amount! He hooked me up with some really cool swag and educated me on some new bands that are in collaboration with Slangin and that overall is a 10-star 100 out of 100 experience! I want everyone to know how awesome my experience was today and know that they come highly recommended!!

  Came in again and had some work done to my work vehicle. Trevor helped me out and hooked me up. The install team was great as always. I’ve been using this place for over 10 years. Much Love N Respects to Slanging Sound!

  Been here a few times for various services. I've always been happy.. This time there was a miscommunication and what I thought was supposed to be done wasn't done. I'm really not sure if I made the mistake or them.. It would have been easy for them to lay the blame on me and re charge me for labor. But Trevor and Eric made it right on the spot without an issue. That kind of customer service is becoming more and more rare and it's greatly appreciated

  Man... what can I say.. the fellas at SS for the past ten yrs have always come thru for me. Ray back in the day made it worth coming back miss working with me him and chatting it up. Scotty made my stop today just as good Scotty worked with me on my replacement speakers and gave me what I needed and not with any unnecessary upsale. I have many options living in Tucson, but the crew at SS make the trip worth. Much appreciated.
