  2026 review: I've been using this location ever since they first opened, and they have consistently been top notch. I used to think it was because I was lucky enough to have a great tech, but over the years it has become apparent it's because their training and work ethic are what really guarantees exceptionally good performance. Today I was fortunate enough to have Mack again, and no surprise he is still the best. Besides doing a great job on our car, he was also training somebody new who will hopefully some day become as proficient as Mack has always been. 45 minutes to do the glass, and another 45 minutes to do the static and driving calibrations that Subaru requires. 90 minutes total, and it would have been well worth it if it had taken longer because the car came back spotless and driving better than ever. Thank you Mack and Safelite for ensuring your current and future techs will continue to be the best in the business. Google only allows one review, so I have to keep updating my previous reviews. 2025 review: Some of the names and faces at this store have changed, but what is still the same is consistently great service. Great coordination with Lorelei and Jimmy, and an amazing job by Mack fixing the biggest chip I have ever seen, saving a much more costly and time-consuming windshield replacement. Thank you, Safelite, you’re still the best in the business.

  Safelite used to be top-tier, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience lately. Their quality of work has become very hit-or-miss. They replaced the windshield on my Silverado about 4–5 weeks ago and didn’t properly snap down the wiper cowl. The right side ended up flying off on the freeway. They also replaced the windshield on our Jeep TJ and didn’t install the inside seal correctly. The seal eventually fell out, getting black urethane adhesive everywhere—the window tint, dash cover, dash cam, pillar plastics, steering wheel, you name it. We didn’t drive the Jeep for a few weeks after the windshield was replaced, so by the time we noticed the problem, the damage was already done. When we called to schedule a repair, they refused to handle it as a mobile appointment because apparently they only have two “technicians” who know how to install that particular seal. The seal literally pushes over a pinch weld—it’s not some intricate or highly specialized piece. Then there’s my ’64 Chevy. Safelite has replaced the windshield three times, and every time it has leaked between the windshield and the seal. The last time, the “technician” even bent the chrome trim because he tried removing it the wrong way. I’ve been using Safelite for more than 20 years, so I don’t say this lightly. Unfortunately, after multiple problems across multiple vehicles, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Even though my insurance covered it, these guys got me in fast. Their customer service skills were so great for this day and age that they deserve a triple A+ rating! They told me that cosmetically I would still see it as they were just repairing and not replacing. Not as noticeable as I thought it would be. These guys are amazing! Thank you so much for such wonderful service all the way around. Too bad more businesses aren't like this, they would do so much better if they would be. Thank you again.
