  Showed up to get my windshield installed. They ordered the wrong windshield. Tried it called talk to somebody. All phone numbers, go to an operator you cannot get a live person. You can't talk to the store trying to confirm my reschedule appointment. And I received no email on the reschedule appointment. I'm gonna have to drive down there to make sure we are a Go. This company is not customer friendly and completely AI and computer operated.

  Safelite set up my windshield replacement seamlessly through my insurance company. From the scheduler to the installation technician the whole experience was flawless.

  I have been using Safelite for years. So any type of car insurance that I do have I will be going with safelite. Every experience that I've had with them has been phenomenal. Every technician I've experienced has been an all-star. Especially the last one a couple of days ago I had a Robert or nickname Bobby. He was magnificent! She went above and beyond and did White glove service when I was not around because I got caught up with my job. He called me in the morning to narrow down the work window to 2 hours. Then he called me and text me to let me know that he was there. Then he text me afterwards and told me that my car was secure and clean and the chips in my windshield were fixed. And I didn't realize when he was talking about cleaning that he cleaned my windshield outside and inside as well as my other windows and my moonroof. Then he wished me a good day or great day. It made my week! There is good humans in this world and he is not only good but he is a bright light in this world.

  My wife and I have Allstate insurance we got a crack in front windshield called and scheduled an appointment . Showed up to replace windshield they showed up with aftermarket windshield and nd we were never asked about what type of windshield we wanted aftermarket vs OEM technician informed my wife it was aftermarket and that they have issues calibrating the aftermarket ones. We asked the technician about getting OEM. He told us our insurance would cover it and that safe flight would get back to us by 4 o’clock that day 24 hours later no word from Safelite. We had to call back numerous times and talk to an AI before we could get a live person and she was having problems reading the notes we find this very frustrating. We see Safelite advertising how easy it is to handle these situations and they come to us this has not been a pleasant experience. now they’re telling us it’s 48 hours longer to get a new appointment after they blew us off for 24 hours.
