  On July 5, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM, I came back for a rewash after it rained about 12 hours after my car wash, and my vehicle was covered in water spots. Instead of helping me out, they immediately tried to upsell me to another wash package. I explained that I had already paid more than most other car washes in the area and just wanted the rewash, but they wouldn't honor it. The customer service was disappointing the attendet tells me to have better day ,customer service resolve here. my weekly . work and family household will not ever come here again since they put profit over customer service even after paying business day prior for sub par wash.

  I went in for a one time wash and Benny attended me. Who was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me information about all plans and I will definitely be coming back again.

  This place is absolutely amazing I always have a great experience and my car is always shiny and clean quick shoutout to Jessica Garcia she is so sweet and kind and really knows how to give great customer service always with a smile great job raceway

  The Alma School Raceway is my home car wash I love them Always a great wash friendly smiling staff and a very clean lot I will always return

  It's very frustrating. I've been a customer with this company for 12 years. And every single location throughout the entire valley lets a customer use the restroom. Except this one, it doesn't make any sense. It's a pathetic blaziness on the employees. At this location and you need to change the policy for this location and let customers use the restroom.
