When you bring your car here, you’re dealing directly with someone who knows European vehicles, especially Volkswagens. He took the time to inspect my 2017 VW Golf thoroughly. He verified my AGM battery registration using diagnostic equipment, checked the HVAC system, inspected the suspension, and test drove the car with me to hear the noises I was experiencing. He explained his findings clearly, confirmed my heater core was in good condition, and helped narrow down the remaining concerns. I appreciated that he didn’t rush the inspection and took the time to answer my questions. If you’re looking for a shop that takes the time to diagnose your vehicle carefully, I’d recommend Pro German.

- KEkristina edwardsJun 16, 20261.0I do not recommend this shop at all....took my car to him not even a year ago and to this day I am still finding problems he has caused. I had a bad oil leak that needed to be fixed and I am very grateful because he did fix the leak. Now typically me or my dad would do the work ourselves since we don't trust others operating on our car and now we have proved our point again. I was recommended this place by two different people so I gave my car to him to work on. Immediately after getting my car back, the audio in my car was completely gone, which he claimed he had nothing to do with. So then I had to buy another amplifier which cost me almost $150. After I installed it, I realized my passenger door speaker no longer works, he had blown it. I still have not replaced that speaker because that will literally cost me hundreds of dollars. Then, my check engine light came back on about a month after I got my car back. Since then, my car slowly started showing signs of it breaking down, which it did not act like this before I gave my car to him. He said I had a bad alternator and changed/worked on it for me but did not do so efficiently because there was a bad connection. After opening my fuse box on my battery months after him working on it, two of my fuses were literally melted into my fuse box, caused by faulty connections. I have so much work to do on this car after paying him $800 and it sucks because they don't make my car anymore, and I don't wanna lose it, so this is really upsetting :/
