Ryan is not the guy I want to call for anything!
I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience with Prime Windshield.
Ryan contacted me to schedule an appointment for Friday, July 3, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. At approximately 10:34 a.m. that morning, I received a call advising that the windshield that had been ordered was cracked and needed to be reordered. I was then asked to reschedule the appointment for Monday, July 6, at my workplace, which was not my preferred location.
On Monday, July 6, at approximately 9:49 a.m., Ryan called again and provided a different explanation. He stated that the person responsible for tinting was out of town, which was why the windshield could not be repaired on July 3. This differed from the original explanation that the windshield was cracked.
I understand that unexpected issues can occur, especially during a holiday weekend. However, the inconsistent information and lack of clear communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and delayed my holiday weekend plans. I expected more reliable communication and better customer service.

Unacceptable quality, sloppy work, and zero follow-up.
I used Prime Windshield for a replacement and ceramic tint, and the overall experience has been highly frustrating. It has been over a week since the installation, and I am left with multiple unresolved issues:
Vehicle Damage & Mess: They scratched the paint on my car. Their proposed "resolution" was to hand me a touch-up pen to fix it myself, which is completely unacceptable for professional damage. They also left a mess—there was blue debris scattered all over the top of my car, and the inside was left so filthy that I had to clean it myself.
Poor Workmanship: The ceramic tint they provided has hard, raised bubbles in it, and the foam molding between the windshield and the dashboard is protruding into plain sight.
Poor Communication: They failed to inform me beforehand that the camera recalibration would require a completely separate appointment.
Worse yet, there is no accountability. I contacted the representative who scheduled my appointment a week ago to address these issues. While we briefly discussed bringing the car in, they have completely failed to follow up with me to finalize a resolution.
I expected professional quality and basic respect for my vehicle, but instead, I’m left with damaged paint, a sloppy installation, and zero customer support. I would not recommend their services

Very patient service regarding questions and such. Scheduling was pretty seamless as well. The windshield looks like it was installed properly and the person working on it was very professional. Overall great experience!
Literally the nicest installer! He’s done my windshield replacement a few times now and he always the most respectful and thorough dude ever when he comes out.
