  My friend's son dropped his iPhone (model 17 Pro Max) while we were returning the car. I filled the "lost and found" report, called the customer service, and none of these routes allowed National to find the phone and return it to us. The only information I received so far via email is that the phone was not found. But we see this phone still being in your office in Las Vegas according to Apple's localization service. It's there, with you. And you can't find it. I even sent you a screenshot with precise location in Las Vegas National rental office. The kid is crying the fifth day, and National did nothing so far to help us. This is surprising and at the level of professionalism that I would not expect fromNational.
