  Wish I could give negative starts really Ty is really unprofessional. First the day he came over to install my device he gives me a call in the morning asking for the pin of the gate and I was like there is no gate in my community and he proceeds to say that’s why I texted you with the address in the morning asking you if it was correct I told him that yes that , that was the correct address and it was he just miss typed it when he typed it on his maps but everything he said he said it with a rude tone . Second encounter was when he finished the installation he told me get on the truck so I proceeded and well my first instinct was to try to turn it on and he screamed at me when did I tell you to turn it on you don’t listen or what. What way is that to talk to a customer. I just said sorry I let it slide he explained the process of how to use the device I payed him he left. Whenever he left I decided to drive my truck to the store and when I got off I found out that the key fob wasn’t working anymore not particularly the key fob but the truck wasn’t locking not even by clicking the buttons manually so I contacted him. He said he would go ahead and check it so next day I had to drive 1 hour to him how are you mobile and making a Coustomer drive but oh well that’s the least. My whole way to him he was rushing me asking for my eta every 5 minutes. When I get there he’s like I’m going to uninstall the device to see if the truck works properly now. So I see him disconnecting wires and I ask him aren’t you supposed to disconnect the battery when working with electrical components cause you can cause a fuse to blow and he’s like no so he proceeds and finishes and he’s like try whatever your going to try and well the truck still didn’t work and he’s like yes not my problem take it to Toyota that’s not my problem that’s a Toyota problem and well I tell him how is it a Toyota problem if you caused it and he kept just saying the same thing over and over with his tone and I got mad so I told him why are you being rude since yesterday and he proceeded to say I’m being rude I was like Yeha and well he’s like you wnat to see rude figure out how to drive the truck call a tow truck I’m leaving and left all the wires exposed. I had to figure out how to rewire everything to be able to move my truck. Totally don’t recommend him .

  Horrible experience. Had a device installed yesterday and it has not worked properly. Called 5 times and was hung up on 3 times. Please don’t use this company.

  I called Ty as I had a timing issue with my original calibration agent canceling their affiliation with Intoxalock. Ty got me right in with good communication and swift service. I highly recommend

  This company is terrible, wish I read the reviews before. I got the interlock installed yesterday and then was told I got it too early, so went back and had it uninstalled 2 hours later. Paid $330 just to have it installed and uninstalled 2 hours later. They took $63 out of my account, and trying to charge me another $108 when I already had it removed yesterday. Tried calling to have them dispute it because they didn’t even tell me about the charges and I’m clearly not doing services with them. They told me they’re going to still continue charging me for services though I had it removed and haven’t had any other service with them. On top of that, the man who uninstalled it took my phone charger. Definitely don’t recommend this place, 0 stars if I could.
