  Second time bringing my car here for repairs, and I gotta say the attention to detail and workmanship that they put into repairs is amazing! They have taken amazing care of me and my vehicle, even making adjustments after if anything came to light during operating the car! Their staff is an absolute delight and go the extra mile for you! Tricia and Monica both have been amazing to work with! Highly reccomend here for any bodywork you may need in the future!

  My experience with Gerber was Amazing Tricia front desk lady made my frustration melt away, that Enterprise Rental pick me up and Tricia checked it in, meaning I didn’t need someone else to drive one while dropped one off. My car was fixed and clean . So far I am a Happy Camper.

  Cody was very helpful with providing wonderful customer service while helping me gather my belongings from my totaled vehicle 🚗 Thanks again also to the staff that were willing to assist!

  The staff at Gerber Collision were fantastic, they had everything handled for us right as we walked in. They were patient and understanding which in my option every shop that handles your daily vehicle and then it's going to be held for days they should be helpful like Gerber Collision was. Helped and took care of the rental and the technicians were knowledgeable and informative. They had a clean shop with the original Batmobile in the lobby with the Penguins duck bad guy ride.

  BEWARE!! This shop has had my parent’s minivan for over 3 weeks and are still making excuses. My elderly father is disabled and this is unacceptable. The van is now promised to be finished tomorrow. I will update my review if it actually happens.
