  Wow! What a great experience. We had some warranty issues and they went above and beyond and did a much better job than we had done at another location. Very thorough very well done very knowledgeable. CRYSTAL, BRANDON, and SCOTT are FABULOUS. All three were very helpful and very patient with our situation. They got us in and out in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to assist us. A bonus while you wait-cold bottled water and fresh popcorn! Thank you, General RV in Mesa, Arizona

  While this location managed to finally fix one of the issues, the parts logistics were a disaster. Despite multiple phone calls weeks ahead of my arrival to confirm what was needed, they failed to have the necessary parts on hand. Instead of a quick fix, I was forced to hang around for an extra week waiting on them, only to be told I would still need to go to yet another location to get the remaining components handled. Total disregard for a customer's time.

  As first-time RV buyers, we were completely unfamiliar with how the whole process worked. After finding a model that seemed perfect for our needs, we drove across town to General RV. We could not be happier with how we were treated! Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. A huge thank you to Chris, Chad, Gary, Scott, and Tyler for making our first purchase such a breeze!

  Great experience. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy. They gave us a fair amount for our trade in as well as other perks we were not offered anywhere else. We visited three other RV dealers before making our decision and this was hands down the best experience. We really appreciated the detailed tutorial they gave us at the final walk through. So helpful!
