  Stopped at General RV in Masa AZ. For a slide controller repair. Went to lunch and when we returned was told our repair was completed. Heather and staff were very professional and made us feel very comfortable. We were on our way to Texas and only down 2.5 hours. Can't say enough about this dealership. Thank you for everything R & J Downey, ca.

  The service department ran into a bit of difficulty with an awning recall and had to keep my rig overnight. They gave me a ride home and offered to deliver my RV when the problems were solved.

  From the moment I made an inquiry to driving away with my brand new travel trailer, I was in good hands. Everyone was happy, knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly just overall cared about my experience. They made it the easiest big purchase I have ever done in my life. Special thanks to Amir and Gary in finance. I feel like part of the General RV family and look forward to this being my "go to" place for any and all trailer needs.

  Easy to schedule, I was kept up to date on repairs as they continued, I was consistently contacted if any additional costs were needed. Courteous, well communicated , quality service.

  Had a great experience purchasing our new travel trailer at Mesa/Phoenix General RV. Michael was our sales reps and he helped us confirm our selection. Gary in finance is awesome. No nonsense, straight to the point guy and works hard to get you in and out of the finance office. We also worked with Heather in Parts. She's a rockstar, knows her products and parts. Stephen did our walk through and really spent a lot of time showing us all the ins and outs of the new trailer, how things work, tips, and tricks (his best tip: keep a box of spare fuses... Never know when you might need one when you're all out in the woods!). David helped get our WDH installed and took time to show exactly how it all worked, how to set it up and how to remove it. Thanks David! We also worked with Heather (the other Heather) in Service and she's great too. Had a few fix-it items after our first trip - - not unexpected, new trailers tend to have their little fix-it items, and Heather helped get us scheduled and taken care of quickly. Overall, a great team there, much better than that "other place" across the street. :)
