  As first-time RV buyers, we were completely unfamiliar with how the whole process worked. After finding a model that seemed perfect for our needs, we drove across town to General RV. We could not be happier with how we were treated! Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. A huge thank you to Chris, Chad, Gary, Scott, and Tyler for making our first purchase such a breeze!

  Great experience. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy. They gave us a fair amount for our trade in as well as other perks we were not offered anywhere else. We visited three other RV dealers before making our decision and this was hands down the best experience. We really appreciated the detailed tutorial they gave us at the final walk through. So helpful!

  I had a great experience purchasing my Mountain Aire from the team at General RV in Mesa. Every single person I worked with was excellent, but Kern, Heather, Gary, and Brandon really stood out. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with how everything went and based on my experience I would highly recommend them.

  Finally, A rv dealership that provides great customer service. Even tho we didn't buy our RV at this location, they still treat us as family. We have had warranty and upgrades performed here and are very happy. Stephanie and Heather in the service department have gone way and above to provide great customer service. Both have been great to work with on scheduling, ordering, and communicating with us to ensure we were satisfied. We will continue to travel from Tucson to Mesa for our RV needs.

  Tied up my camper for the entire fall season. When called to finally pick up the camper snaps on front protective windshield cover were torn after having been installed upside down. Reassured me they would fix it with a new cover. Explained I was leaving for a cross county trip in two weeks. Once again reassured the cover would be fixed. Went to get camper day before scheduled trip. Nothing had been done. Contacted them they promised again to have it fixed that day. La Mesa no longer taking my calls! Awaiting help already behind one day helpless don’t know what do manufacture says don’t go on the road with out the protective cover.
