  I had an outstanding experience renting a Dodge Ram from Enterprise Truck Rental. The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Picking up the truck was quick, the paperwork was straightforward, and the truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Returning the truck was just as simple. The drop-off process was fast and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The manager was exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. You could tell they truly cared about making sure I had a great experience. And I have to say, I loved the fist bumps! It’s a small gesture, but it made the experience feel personal, welcoming, and memorable.   We’ve rented from enterprise a bunch of times now to help our daughter move in and out of college.   From start to finish, I was completely satisfied with my experience. It made a stressful situation (moving) a lot easier to deal with. The staff I interacted with were both extremely helpful and courteous. I will choose Enterprise for any future moves, that's how great my experience was. Thank you for all your help.

  Great staff on truck and car rental side. Keegan apologized for Father's Day when we had a reservation, but no office in the valley had any cars for rent. He called several more locations gor us to try and find one. Enterprise hasn't upgraded their inventory software in 20 years, so they count as rentable even if it's in the shop for repairs, totaled out or sold for scrap. The girls on truck side very friendly, helpful and professional. I didnt get a car that one tome, but I would go to them again.

  This location is extremely understaffed, especially on saturday in which they are only open half day. I waited in line 20 minutes to be told to go to another room to rent a truck. Then waited in there for 40 minutes before the truck was ready. I rented a pickup truck online a month ahead. When I got there was a sign on the desk for insurance for your truck I wanted to get the Damage Waiver. Clearly stated at the top pick up trucks were either 34.99/30.99 a day ( I guess not clearly stated) I was charged $39.99 a day. When I told the representative at the desk that it didn't match the sheet. The sheet shows 39.99 for box trucks, cabover trucks and stakebeds she said " That is what it costs I'm sorry I cannot do something unethical and charge you less" I wasn't asking her to do something unethical. If that wasn't the price then the sheet that she showed me to sell me the insurance should reflect accurate pricing. Also they don't disclose when reserving online that if you pull any trailer with that it cost more. I have rented cars at the airport before many times and never had to pay for mileage. This location has a maximum amount of miles and then charge you per mile afterwards. What was supposed to be just over $600 online when I reserved the truck turned into over $1000. Bait and Switch
