  I had reserved a mid size SUV prior to a trip I took. By the time I got to the counter, all of those had been exhausted in their fleet. They were trying to find a suitable vehicle (usually they downgrade). I am handicap and they ended up giving me a luxury SUV for the same price. It was one of the best driving experiences I have had! Thank you Enterprise!

  When we got to the airport. It was fast. The car was very nice it was a Jeep black and white with all the bells and whistles. The backup camera was awesome. Beautiful car

  Just want to say Corey had the best customer service ! We got a car that was returned with someone having smoked in it- he immediately was apologetic and got us a different car. He also brought out another manager Mike who was also very apologetic and it was just the nicest interaction I’ve ever had with anyone on a customer service side.
