  I will never rent from this location again, they provided me with a dirty vehicle with earrings on the door, the seats stained, and trash from previous rental. I contacted the manager Erick A Napier and when I dropped off the vehicle he stated he would give refund me back $ to make up for the dirty vehicle. And had specific amount when I got the refund, it was my deposit back, and not even a day of rental fee. He knows what he told me I would get back and it was not what I was refunded back. My deposit automatically comes back to me regardless. I also attempted to email him 3xs and have yet to get a response from him, and he’s the manager, that’s just bad customer service. If I could give them no stars I would. He’s not professional for me to have to send him 3 emails and still no response shows me he don’t care about his customers!!! Moving forward I will NEVER RENT from this location ever again.

  After a last-minute reservation needed to be modified, the manager made sure that we had a solid vehicle for our vacation, in quick time. He also ensured that on our next reservation, we received a complimentary upgrade. They are always kind and fun to chat with. I would highly recommend this location and team.

  My experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I needed while my car was in the shop. I especially loved driving the Toyota RAV4—it was comfortable, smooth, and a pleasure to drive. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

  5 Stars! I recently rented a car in here for a small trip, and Yvonne at Enterprise made the whole process seamless. She was friendly, professional, and made sure I had the right vehicle for the long drive. Everything was ready to go when I arrived, and the return was just as smooth.   All the staff at enterprise were really helpful during the pick up process and made sure I was satisfied with the car prior to leaving! Upon return to the Mesa airport, The agent - Ron, went above and beyond to help me gather my belongs, explained where I needed to go, and ensured that I understood the whole check in process. Ron is definitely an asset to Enterprise!!
