- KRKaren Ramirez1 day ago5.0I rent several times a month from Enterprise and 95% rent from this location. Only time I don't is if they don't have a car I need. The customer service by far exceeds any other company I've ever worked with. Bad customer service can turn me away from a business and great customer service keeps me coming back. And it is so weird how good customer service is so hard to find these days. But Jon and his team always go above and beyond to provide excellent service and not to just with myself but with everyone I have heard them interact with. Highly recommend!
- SSSteve6 days ago5.0This Enterprise location was awesome. Lots of staff to help and Sean the manager was running a well oiled machine and he was directing masterfully. He is very engaging with clients as they walk in the door. Then with a short wait Giuliana took great care and answered all my questions with an amazing fun attitude. Finally when checking the car back in Spencer was fast and very personable and all was good. This location, team, cars and prices were great!

Although I had reserved a car ahead of time, there was a large rush of customers, and I waited for over 45 minutes. To expedite the process, your team asked if I would be willing to take a minivan instead. I accepted the offer since it was available immediately, and it turned out to be a very nice vehicle. Despite the long wait due to how busy the location was, I want to commend your staff. The group of people working there were really nice and helpful. You have a great team at this location.
