I made a reservation online around 11:00am for a noon pickup, the online reservations showed almost all sizes of cars available econonmy thru midsize were 60.00 a day, the next size was 64.00 etc. I booked a midsize, 15 minutes after making a reservation a rep from enterprise called me and left a voive message that said: Hi Im... from enterprise im just letting u know we will not have a car for your reservation unless you want to pay 75.00 a day for an suv! Then the agent and coworker were playing tag at who was manager, so i asked for their supervisors number and i called that office a lady told me she would have that office ls area mgr. call me and HE never did..this is a bate and switch company, the agents are all on commission and thats why instead of giving u the free upgrade to whatever car is available they tell you that you will have to pay for whatever they have and if you dont want to that you should look for a vehicle elsewhere..and that is exactly word for word what they told me. Beware..they work on commission so they must upgrade you, sell the insurance, gas, medical etc.

Kyleen has great customer skills. She was approachable, relatable, funny, and kind. She explained everything to me and made sure I didn't have any questions. I was the annoying persons that was there before open, waiting at the door to be unlocked and she still met me with a smile on her face, ready to help me out. I would recommend her services to anyone. Whatever Enterprise she is at, I will be renting from her always! :)
