- DPDean Parker3 days ago5.0Good experience so far. Sales people were helpful, but not too pushy, which was nice. Bought a RV, will pick up in a week so they can fix a few problems with it. They BBQ’d hot dogs for the customers which was very nice. Overall very good experience.

They were extremely slow to answer questions or sometimes outright ignored a question. They were disingenuous about details we asked about and put us on the road in an unsafe scenario. I cannot recommend this place any less.

Unfortunately, once they get your business, if they promise you anything, they don't follow through. Our RV came with a broken bathroom door & they promised they were going to have it replaced within the week. It has been 3 months & we still have not received the new door. Matt promised that he was going to look into it & still no word.

It is up to the buyer to try and save every nickel they can. At this location you are frowned upon if you try and save a little money. The worst part, they want to try and charge you $3000 to make sure everything on your knew RV works properly. Are you kidding me? It’s a new RV. Everything is supposed to work and there should be no damages. They call it the “Let’s go camping package”. That is BS. Oh, and don’t forget the $700 documentation fee. For what, filling out 2 sheets of paper and submitting them to someone. $700, really? I don’t think all locations are like this but I would not recommend this location.
