We loved Mesa Arizona camping world. We had a propane leak that was causing us stress. They got us in the same day for diagnosis and repair. Our service advisor. Ryan was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend their service department.

We had a great experience with Camping World from start to finish. Making the appointment was easy, and they followed up several times to make sure we were still coming, which may have been a little more follow-up than necessary, but it certainly showed they were attentive and prepared for our visit.
Once we arrived, we were introduced to Mikey Hill, who was honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He made the purchasing process comfortable and never made us feel pressured. Jay, the manager, was also wonderful to work with and was helpful throughout the process.
Overall, the entire staff made us feel at ease and made what can sometimes be a stressful purchasing experience feel smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and friendliness of everyone we worked with. We would definitely recommend Camping World based on our experience!

We just finished purchasing an RV from Camping World of Mesa and I must say everyone we interfaced with in Sales, Finance, Service, and support staff was professional and helpful. We have been looking for the right Class C RV for some time; we saw what we were looking for at Camping World and made an appt. Our Sales contact was Stacey; friendly/great resource. After a test drive we decided to move forward. Jacob and Stacey worked with us that same evening and drew up a purchase agreement.... No pressure sales tactics experienced by us at all. Special Thanks also go to Jay in Finance for excellent status updates and making the signing process a breeze, Will in Sales for helping to address some last minute items, and Brian for a great RV walk thru. Thanks Again! All the best to the Mesa Team. Recommended business.

*******Beware of this place.******
They sold me a unit with what appeared to be a used, rusted hitch. Approximately 400 miles into my trip, my trailer broke away from my truck. The equipment was installed and inspected by Camping World.
What has been just as frustrating is the response afterward. I have received little to no meaningful help from the company, including from a regional service manager named Mike. I have photos and conversations with employees that I believe support what happened, and I’m willing to share them with anyone who questions the validity of this review.
As recently as yesterday, Sergio called to ask whether Camping World had taken care of me. At this point, that question felt like a joke.
I spent roughly $20,000 on something I was able to use for only about 450 miles before this happened. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing or having equipment installed here use extreme caution.
*****BEWARE.******
Below are pictures of me excited with my new trailer and dog prior to our CROSS COUNTRY trip. This post is a result of going to camping world, buying an RV, and getting professionally install by them, and being stranded 400 miles into my trip.

My experience here was neutral. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But when I decided on which unit to purchase. There was a lot of waiting. I had decided to purchase the unit just before I had to go out of town and wanted to get as much done over the phone and via email as possible. So when I returned from my work trip, I could simply sign paperwork and pick it up.
However, I had additional questions while i was out of town and trying to get someone to answer them while I was away was difficult. I eventually had to just show up at the dealership to get my questions answered thus postponing the pickup of the RV.
In addition, I repeatedly asked what the cost would be to deliver it less than two miles away. While I was touring the rv and again when I was speaking with finance and was told that they would cover the cost since it was not that far. However, once I had signed the paperwork and proceeded to schedule the delivery. They did not cover any of the cost. Requiring me handle an unexpected expense that came with this purchase. I would not mind covering the cost of delivery had that been what I was told upfront. Other dealerships offer free delivery depending on the miles. And being told the same by camping world definitely influenced my decision to purchase here.
Overall my experience was ok. I wouldn't say great due to the lack of communication and them not delivering on their promise. The unit itself, is great And when I did my final walkthrough, the mechanic was phenomenal. I wish I could remember his name. He was very informative, helpful and answered all of my questions. I wish I could have worked with him through this whole process.
