Very helpful, genuine and honest about pricing and services - very trustworthy and did fantastic work for my car's oil change. The manager even stated that despite needing some wear and tear repairs done (which I was aware of already) that he didn't see anything really wrong with my car and was even interested in buying it from me if I wanted to ever sell it. Very reputable people who care way more about quality of work rather than quantity of profit. Definitely would recommend to everyone and definitely am going to get my oil changed by then again in the future!

I brought in my 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 after another shop across the street spent an entire day trying unsuccessfully to remove a seized lug bolt and even had to keep my vehicle overnight. Robert and Alex stepped in, got the problem resolved, and kept me informed throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and provided outstanding customer service. Even though I wasn’t originally their customer, they treated me like one. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and truly appreciate the excellent service from Robert, Alex, and the entire team!
