  Thank you to Rocky and his team for working on my Audi! They had me in and out in no time after one of my brake booster sensors went off. I appreciate how honest and efficient they were!

  I got front end suspension work done August 2025 (along with other work) and these guys were never able to properly install all ball joints. I went back FOUR times to give them another shot at putting it all together and the guy Rocky claims they aren’t sure why the ball joints keep popping out of place. Fast forward to March 2026 when I can finally contact the regional manager Robert Ortiz, he apologized and says I’ll be refunded $3,500 for the improper work they did (had to take vehicle to dealer and pay a diagnostic in order to show them how crappy of a job they did). Now in May 2026 I’m having to call corporate all the time because Robert Ortiz stopped replying to my text and calls for 1 whole month now. He claims he got the check for my refund sent to the store so I could pick it up, mind you I never got the original check they supposedly sent out to my home. I’ve been dealing with corporate since Dec 2025 and have received zero help as they claim that Mr Ortiz won’t reply or pick up the phone for them either. They claim they contacted his superiors and that someone should be in touch with me shortly, however no one has reached out. I have a front end suspension that never got done properly and I haven’t been refunded $3,500 of my money. What a joke of a brakes plus location, the technicians, the managers, and even corporate are all completely useless. Do yourself a favor and look for a shop that knows what they’re doing, and values customers who have spent over $10,000 at their locations, pathetic!

  Wow, I can't even begin to say what an amazing job Alex did at brakes plus. He was super friendly and helpful! They inspected the things I asked them to, and then explained what really needed to be taken care of today, which was the front and rear brakes. They also told me explained to me how a few other repairs could wait. I was very pleased with the price I paid for what they did for me. These guys are honest and I trust them with my car, you can too! I've been here a few different times, another time they even told me that I didn't need a repair that I thought I needed. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

  The manager Rocky, Service Advisor Alex, and technician Juan genuinely took care of my car. They were even better than the dealer (Mazda) right across the street! They got the parts needed quickly and gave me a great deal on the price, working with me with the budget I needed. They will always have my business!

  Brakeplus took care of my brake pads and rotor at a great discounted reasonable price. Awesome job. they also did a free multipoint inspection and informed me my battery was almost dead. thanks to them i was not stranded somewhere with a dead battery.
