Had to get a brake fluid flush, so I called and they were able to get me in, same day! Jesse was very friendly and professional over the phone, even remembered me by name when I walked in. Everyone was super friendly and communicative about what was going on with my car. Will definitely be back!

Shout out to Brakes Plus on Country Club/Baseline. Toyota told me I needed brakes...I don't. They also missed my struts leaking. Huge fan of this place that seems to be looking out for us! Tim/James were great there. Oh, and all that was free to tell me and they told me I don't even have to get anything fixed right away because it's not needed. Breath of fresh air!

This Brakes Plus is the best!!! You’re greeted with a smiling Jesse when you come in. Tim the manager is awesome! He’s been doing this for 40 years and knows his stuff. He takes you out to show you what they find if there is another problem, other than the one you went in for, so that in the future you’re aware of the problem. I do appreciate that because I drive my car a lot! The mechanic Jeff always does amazing work and you don’t have to come back for any reason. I highly recommend this location on Baseline. They are a great team! Very professional!!

Last 2 shops I took my truck to I asked them to look for a concerning sound both sent me on my way with a shrug. Brought my truck in here where the ever so knowledgeable Tim found the problem and was shocked the other two shops let me drive an insanely unsafe vehicle off. Kept my truck for a day for the repairs and she is driving smoothly and much MUCH safer now. Thank you Tim and team!

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus! Tim and everyone there were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how much time and care they gave me, and they made me feel confident and safe knowing my car was in good hands. Thank you, Tim, and the entire Brakes Plus team, for taking such great care of me and my car! Highly recommend!
