Very ghetto. I walked in and there was a young looking associate with piercings and long bleached hair. Next to him was another guy who appeared to be a manager. They were joking and appeared to be flirting with one another. No one greeted me or offered to assist me. I had to ask for assistance. When I said my check engine light was on one of the guys said their reader was stolen. Then they just stood there staring at me. I left and will not be back.

When incompetence meets apathy, this store is the result. On 8/13 I placed an order online. When I arrived I walk into the nearly store (two employees, myself, and a gentleman finalizing a purchase) it took probably five minutes to even be acknowledged. When they finally did notice me, I was told my three item order wasn’t ready yet because they were too busy. Busy doing what I can only imagine. Following an apparent struggle to find my three items, employee 1 has to flag down employee 2 to help him. After another several minutes employee 2 informs me that two out of the three items I paid for were actually not in stock. He further informs me they were probably stolen but luckily he has what I needed, but at 20 bucks higher that what I paid for originally, a classic bait and switch. I don’t think they were being malicious, just incompetent and could not care less about it. Neither employee offered anything remotely close to an apology, just vapid indifference. I’ll be going to to Walmart from now on where the apathy is implied, but they won’t blatantly rip me off.

Could not get anyone on phone. Went to store. 4 out of 4 employees on their personal one. Only one guy helping customers, he is using his phone while walking around to get parts

I visited this establishment on Tuesday, June 30, because I already knew exactly which engine and cabin air filters I needed. I had the correct FRAM part numbers with me, but after searching for quite a while, I couldn't find them. While I was looking, an employee walked right by me, forcing me to move out of the way and into a display. Not only did he fail to say "excuse me," but he also never asked if I needed assistance. I eventually approached another employee and asked for help locating a specific air filter. His response was simply, "It should be on the third shelf." That wasn't helpful at all—I asked for assistance because I had already searched the shelves and couldn't find it. At that point, I was frustrated enough that I walked outside to compose myself and seriously considered taking my business elsewhere. I should have. Since I didn't want to drive to another location, I went back inside. The employee who had pointed me toward the "third shelf" asked if I'd found what I needed. I replied, "No—that's why I asked for help in the first place." He then pointed to the employee who had ignored me earlier and said, "He's the expert." I showed him the FRAM part numbers I needed. Instead of using them, he said he was going to look them up anyway, quickly asked for my vehicle's make and model, and then insisted my numbers were wrong. He returned with different filters and smugly remarked, "The computer is always right." Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home that they had sold me the wrong filters. The boxes clearly list the FRAM filters they replace, and the numbers weren't even close to the ones I originally asked for. Now I have to make another trip just to return parts that I never should have been sold in the first place. Poor customer service is one thing. Being dismissive, condescending, and confidently giving customers the wrong parts is another. I came in prepared with the correct information and left with the wrong products because the employees were more interested in trusting the computer than listening to the customer. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff or quality customer service.
