Came here to get a new battery. The young man was more than helpful. Rang me up and then went out in the 100 degree weather to put it in for me. Very nice guy, so thankful for his help installing it, especially in the hot summer heat! ☀️

Preston G was great. It was smooth. It was a great transaction. He went above and beyond he was kind he was courteous. You know what I mean. He was just a great he was great. He did a really good job. He knew what he was doing and yeah, just if you can try to make sure that either moves up or find a better place because he still is young. he has a lot to learn, but he’s willing to learn.

I have gotten such a runaround with this location and I've been using them for quite some time. Seems like nobody there knows what they're doing and that they don't like their job. Horrible customer service. I walked in this morning 5/30 to exchange something that they got wrong again. The worker with the shaved head had his back to me and said how can I help you. Didn't even look at me! I don't think they're that whole transaction he looked at me once. Talk about rude and Julio needs more training.

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Dakota. From the moment I walked in, Dakota was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I needed, made sure I got exactly the right battery for my vehicle,. Although he was busy doing inventory when I arrived he still changed out my defective battery. I’m a female senior citizen and don’t have anyone to do this for me. He is a angel and life saver your store could use more Dakotas… please make sure he knows how grateful I feel.
