  I’m not sure who the young man was helping me but this was at 6pm and I originally asked to return my item and he proceeded to look up my number and then told me that he couldn’t find the item listed in my last purchases history. He then asked what store I originally bought it at and I told him it was in Scottsdale. He then proceeded to tell me to go back to that store and ask for them to look for my receipt while laughing. I then went to my vehicle and searched up my last purchases via the auto zone app and I FOUND the item I needed to return. I then went and showed him and he didn’t say anything no “sorry”, “my bad”, “have a good night”. I would have ended up without my money if I didn’t do my own research. I usually don’t write reviews but when he started laughing at me that rubbed me the wrong way. Unfortunately their is no name listed on my receipt but the time of this occurrence was at 6:00pm 5/5/26

  They always have the parts that I need.The prices are reasonable.However, the person who helped me can tell he doesn't like his job and he's miserable.
