  Asked for a new battery and employee just pointed to the batteries and said it would be over there. No part lookup, no help. Not impressed.

  My car died while I was at work. Roadside assistance came and told me it was my battery. However roadside assistance wanted to charge me $386 for a new battery and install. I called Autozone and spoke with Sean R. He told me to bring my car up there and he would take a look. Long story short I bought a new battery and Sean was kind enough to install it for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal and service. I have always trusted Autozone. Thank you Sean, you truly are amazing!

  Richard was incredibly friendly and helpful when selling me new batteries for my Jeep. He was thorough in explaining steps I had no clue about despite it being close to closing. Excellent guy. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I have any new issues.

  Yo, this store's manager or who ever is in charge definitely hit the lotto with their top tier employees. Best AutoZone location that I've ever been to here in Mesa. Big shout to Mr David C. This dude did it all man, from greeting every single customer and assuring he's going to take care of each and every one of em. To successfully helping a brother out with mission impossible. Another thing I noticed at arrival was that there was another guy assisting several folks outside the store too! (didnt catch his name) For those who care, the details about the exceptional customer service and about mission impossible, details below. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ So I showed up looking for a u joint without the old part in hand and no part number or specific year make or model (for a custom/aftermarket driveshaft setup). Only thing I had to identify the u joint I needed was a single cap off the old damaged u joint. So my guy David, brought out a couple, let me look at them, then took em back, then when we found the correct one, he noticed it was missing clips, so he took that one back, then goes and finds another with everything needed, all the c clips and not to mention how easily the transaction was handled considering the difficulty of it with a return of the previously purchased incorrect u joint, to using my rewards, and cash and phone number mix up. There's more to this story but long story short, this gentleman went above and beyond and that's rare coming from an employee who normally would have not been able to help much with my specific request. I know any other Autozone would've been stuck, if I didnt have a year make and model. (Ls swap guys can relate when their ls swapped s10 or toyota pickup needs tlc) Anyways I appreciate this guy and hope his team does too! MVP 🙌
