Today was such a horrendous day, and car issues is not the way to start or end the day but that's exactly how my day went. This morning as I was getting into my vehicle to get to work, the car barely started. I panicked bc, that's the reasonable thing to do, right? By the grace of God, the car started and I was able to get to work. But I knew that would be the end of that. I knew by the time I clocked out for the day my car would be dead. It was. I got a jump and made it to Darwin. Darwin was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, precise, thorough, and fast! Darwin went above and beyond! The kind of service that Darwin provided is impossible to find these days. I hope Autozone knows what a true gem they have with Darwin! I hope Darwin knows how grateful I am for his help today. I was so emotionally drained and overwhelmed I am not sure I was able to express my sincerest gratitude. If you're reading this, Darwin, seriously, thank you.

I came in there and 3 guys who were on the shift 4/15/26 were the nicest. They were patient while helping me find the correct antifreeze my car needed, and even gave me good advice on the easiest way to put it into my reservoir. I know this sounds simple enough, but for me, it was just the way they delivered the customer service that inspired me to want to take time out to post a review. Auto Zone staff on Dobson/Guadalupe-- you guys rock!
