  I was in a tough situation with a trailer that had the tip out fixed making it a total of 11ft wide. I called numerous tow companies in the east valley and most denied the job and a handful quoted me more than double what I paid here with Apache Junction. And of the numerous that I had contacted, Apache Junction was the first to respond that night. These were reasons enough for me to hire them for the job. I am very appreciative that they were considerate in towing when traffic would be at it's lowest volume of the night. So unfortunately there were two failed locations all on the same street, one due to low power lines and the other the gate entrance not being wide enough. The third location was also on the same street and as they say, third time's a charm. And through all of this, they didn't show any type of frustration at all. Honestly, I probably would have fallen apart if they had not remained as cool as they were. They remained courteous and respectful while working hard. They continued putting in the type of effort, in a sense, that made you feel like we were in this together. I'd definitely hire them again, in fact, once I get rid of the old trailer and clear up the back yard and remove the entire back fence and posts, hopefully in 1-2 wks, then I'll be giving them a call for another quote but this time for a simple bumper pull tow since it is right next door.

  My transmission went out while at Apache lake and they were my first phone call to get some help and couldn't be happier with how easy they were to work with. Highly recommend especially for an area tougher to get a bigger truck out of and back to Tucson area. Easy to reach, helpful, priced right and got me out of a huge bind!

  If I could give 10 Stars I would.. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Joey and the team at Apache Junction Towing. My mom’s car was stolen by a man who tried to get a bonded title and take it from me after only paying half of what he owed. For months I searched every night, heartbroken after losing my mom and feeling completely helpless. The police wouldn’t get involved because it was considered a “civil matter,” and I felt like I had no one on my side.. like this guy was just going to get away with stealing my mom's car from me—until I called Joey. From the very first call in the middle of the night, Joey treated me with patience, compassion, and respect. He helped me understand the legal process for a self-help repossession and made sure everything was done by the book. Even in the middle of the night, he took my calls, frantic texts and listened when I was emotional, and guided me through every step with professionalism and kindness. When I literally had no one I could trust, they were a beacon of hope. I don't mean to sound so emotional but it really was quite the ordeal for me and I cannot express my gratitude enough. When I finally found the car in a spot where it could be towed, I called Joey, and his team was there in under 30 minutes. They handled everything fast, safely, and perfectly—no drama, no mistakes. The price was several hundred less than I was quoted at other places, which was a huge relief because I could actually afford it. They even offered to store the car until the other person could remove his belongings and they could get my key back from him so i wouldn't have to deal with that jerk thief directly. Apache Towing didn’t just recover a vehicle—they helped me reclaim a piece of my mom’s memory and helped me stand up to the biggest bully ever, a man who tries to steal from a woman during a vulnerable time.... Sickening. The Apache towing guys stood up for me and gave me peace after months of stress and heartbreak. They’re honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and relentless when it comes to getting the job done to make things right. They’re the real deal. I even like them so much I'm applying for a job with them. Seriously. 💜
