Within a week after this business rebranded to Dash, the equipment malfunctioned and caused a deep scratch right down the middle of a new windshield. My wife filled out a claim card alongside another customer in line for the same grievance, and they were told management would reach out to them within 24 hours. Ten days later, we still haven’t heard anything. My wife has tried calling them after several days, and Dash neither answers the phone nor returns your call. Horrible business. We immediately cancelled our membership. It’s a shame, because we never had issues before this location changed management. I encourage anyone to skip this place unless they are ok with risking damage to their vehicle without recourse.

Be careful with the purchase of the most expensive wash when you drive up. With the attendant there he stated it was only a couple bucks more than the next level down, and if you select this one then you can come back several times in the next 30 days, even 2 times a day if you wanted. After grabbing my C.C. from me and then paying for it, he then went to inform me that I know have a membership and if I didn't want to get a monthly charge then I would have to go to their website and cancel my "Membership." WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! YOU SINED ME UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! I DIDN'T SIGN ANY PAPERWORK, I WASNT THE ONE SELECTING THE OPTIONS ON THE SCREEN!
What a bait and switch! As far as I'm concerned, we don't have any car washes in Maricopa. I will never be coming back here again! EVER!!
This whole staff is so amazing! Cleaned my car perfectly, vaccums worked great, overall amazing experience will be coming back!! Thank you Briana sam and cayden !!
Felt lazy today, didnt want to hand wash the car. So i decided to stop here.
Super predatory and relentless with the sales tactics. I do not need help choosing a car wash and paying for it.

"Im not interested, no thank you".
"May i ask why?"
"Because... im not interested".
"You're not interested in saving money?"
"I said no thank you..."
"....ok then".
Rude kids working at the entrance to the wash. Smart alec as can be. Ill just continue washing my car at my house.

You guys need to tone it down with pushing memberships. I had to tell the guy no six times. I was ready to give him $20 out of my pocket in addition to the car wash just to make him stop asking. Additionally, after it was clear that the answer was NO, he turned around and went back to messing around on his phone. Some advice. If your customer says no, thank them for their business and move onto the next one. Simple. Easy.
