  Brought my vehicle here to check my brakes, they needed replacement. They got me in right away, awesome. A couple months later I'm hearing a rattling sound and have another shop look at it. They discover that three of the four bolts that attach the rear brakes are gone and the last bolt is finger tight. $400 later my vehicle, with "new" brakes is now safe to drive. I contact Goodyear, and I'm told they have a whole new crew and the new manager assures me they will cover the repair bill. I've been calling every week and all I get is "the check from corporate is on the way". It's been over a month at this point, so now I'm having to look into going to court to get reimbursed for fixing their work. Poor workmanship, poor management, poor customer service. I used to think Goodyear shops were trustworthy, I've been using them for decades. This location has changed my opinion.

  The shop was pretty busy when I arrived, so check-in took longer than expected. Still, the staff kept updating me instead of leaving me wondering. They repaired my alternator issue and my car has started perfectly every morning since then. Worth the extra wait honestly.

  I don’t usually post reviews, but since I have a car that has too be serviced at a Goodyear auto service store, I have to tell you that Dallas, the gentleman that answers the phone his customer service is 👌🏽. it doesn’t matter what I’m calling for, he literally is so kind every time.

  I recently visited the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company location on Litchfield Park and had an excellent experience with Dallas, the customer advisor. I initially showed up at the wrong location and was confused about my appointment, but Dallas was incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though I didn't have an appointment at that location, he took charge and ensured that my old tires were removed and the new ones were installed promptly. His professionalism and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service and highly recommend Dallas and the team!
