  Great experience both times I went to this location! Very honest crew and decided to come back because Rose was so kind and was extremely transparent with me about all the issues with my car and what she recommended doing. 5/5, for sure recommend.

  This Brakes Plus is THE BEST! They are hard working, friendly and do a great job. A special shout out to Dominic at the Indian School and Jackrabbit location. He goes above and beyond and always has a smile on his face. This is my go-to place for my car needs.

  I’ve been taking mine and several family member’s cars here for the last 18 months and have been totally satisfied with the work completed. Rose and Dirk get the job done and the customer service / updating is excellent. I have some older and unique European autos and they have been able to fix several issues that no one else could figure out. Brakes Plus is my go to for all my auto repairs!

  The AC in my car wasn’t working, I had it fixed at one time about a year ago spent a lot of money getting it fixed, and it went down, so a dear friend of mine was telling me that she went to Brakes Plus of course I gave her like a side eye like what, she says yeah the one over on Indian school in Litchfield. Same thing was wrong with her AC they fixed it and it was very inexpensive. She said just their attitude made her calm because we know AC repairs is very expensive so a young lady named Rose and the manager their David were amazingly wonderful again. I gave her a side eye like yeah right but she convinced me I gave him a call. I had an appointment later on that day and I was busy that morning when we were speaking to each other so I gave him a call. I spoke to the manager. I told my situation that I had an appointment later on that day how long will they be open? He says just bring your car when you get a chance so as soon as my appointment over, I went there, and not sure what to expect but maybe a rip off. Low and behold, They were so kind and so caring I’m like man they treat me like I was family .Like I felt I got the family discount I was so pleased when I drove off in my car in less than 45 minutes I said this is my place . I’m telling everyone and anyone I know . about Brakes Plus .you cannot be without AC in Arizona and I was so Pleased. I can’t begin to tell you how happy they made me feel , because I’m on a fix income. Brakes Plus on Indian school in Litchfield they are amazing❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
