HOLY SMOKES, BATMAN! If you ever wanted to feel like a NASCAR driver and experience that quick service, come to this location! In and Out drive thru doesn't compare to the in and out service you receive at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I'll be coming back here from now on! Prices are VERY reasonable considering the current market. Thank you for the superb service!

Came to the store with a 50% off coupon. Told the attendant that I had a coupon and was told to give it to them at the end. When I received the bill for a $120+ oil change, I gave them the coupon and was told that the coupon was only good for the regular oil. Not the synthetic. I was given a $20 off coupon because they saw it above the screen where I read them the terms and conditions. There is no distinction between synthetic and conventional oil in their coupon. The exact text is below. Offer details: Includes up to 5 quarts of Valvoline™ motor oil or suitable alternative, filter (prem. extra), lube & maintenance check; plus tax and other charges, if applicable. Not valid with same service offers / discounts (including fleet), or customer-supplied oil; see store for additional details or restrictions. Good only at participating locations. No cash or credit back; cash value $0.001. This seems like a bait and switch. I don't have any room in my life for deceptive business practices so I won't be going back to anyone Valvoline branded business again.

Thanks you Isaiah for your professionalism, this review is overdue. (My apologies) You gave me a jump (goin over and beyond) and for that reason I came back for actual services on my moms vehicle. I will be back for a transmission flush. Thanks to Alfredo and Dj as well. Great guys!
