I went back and had it addressed with no fuss (they said it looked like the oil filter), but I left and noticed leaking a week later. I went back again and was told to just take it to a full service shop. To be clear, everyone I talked to was friendly and easy to talk to, but I have an oil problem appearing directly after getting oil service from there, and the offered resolution is to take it somewhere else. That's not good. Clearly something was done to my car there that now requires further repair, with no offer to make it right. Bummer.

Because it takes a few minutes not 4 hours, and I'm not aimlessly walking around the store picking up crap I don't need.. at Valvoline they've always been super courteous super fast they tell you the things that they see might need to be done but there's no pressure for you to do it right then and there they give you a price they tell you if there's coupons on the website.. really I couldn't recommend them enough..
