  Yoshi did amazing! He took the time to explain the process and was very professional. He made it easy and got back to me quick. Not only did he help me with my brakes but also provided a list of manufacturer recommendations for my car/ mileage.

  Ryan, Yoshi and the entire team were awesome. They had to replace my entire brake system and helped me locate needed parts that were discontinued along with addressing warranty coverage that applied.

  YOSHI, the Service Advisor, was excellent! He inspected the complete front strut assemblies, four-wheel alignment, rear engine mount, right engine mount, and torque strut mount. He was very professional, friendly, and always had a smile. He is such a nice, helpful, and respectful person. I’m very happy with the service he provided. He took the time to explain all the concerns with my van and showed me exactly what was going on, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. YOSHI for his outstanding professionalism, excellent customer service, helpfulness, and positive attitude. Thank you, YOSHI, for making my experience a great one!

  The Brakes Plus staff in Laveen are professional and know how to do things right! First time experience with them and was greatly impressed with their work and fair costs. They got all the work done on my vehicle in less than half a day and now my car is running like brand new again. Thank you!
