  Brought my car in thinking I had a bad alternator and let them know. They ran a diagnostic and turns out the battery just had a bad cell and I just needed a battery replacement which is way cheaper than an alternator replacement. Whole process took a couple of hours. This an honest shop with great customer service and I would recommend you take your car here for service.

  I had an appointment and Yoshi was expecting me when I checked in. They did front and rear brakes, wheel alignment and an oil change. Great communication from Yoshi. Car was ready on time. I will use this shop again for my other vehicles.

  Very honest and helpful staff. Hector Reyes is the store manager and really tries to help you out any way he can. Would highly recommend coming here for any service.

  Amazing group of individuals, who provided exceptional customer service, efficient and quick and provided other information other than what I came in for. Provided great advice and not just trying to break my pockets. 10/10 recommend!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus and wanted to recognize Donald for his outstanding customer service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explain the issue, and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I appreciated how transparent and professional he was throughout the process. It’s not often you find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping customers understand what’s going on with their vehicle. Donald made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I left feeling informed and confident about the repair. Thank you for the excellent service!
