  I have been working on cars since I was 8 years old, and I’m 31 years of age now. I fix cars everyday for living giving low income moms and elderly discounts and help with their cars online. I have never in my life had to go get oil off the back wall. It may seem crazy, but they turned a normal 5-10 situation into a prolong problem. They had none English people in there trying Tj read and look for oil and I felt defeated to be in their store. Your job is customers service and to support those that shop with you. Not have people in there struggling to find oil. Again, I have been to every autozone in the valley from mesa to Yuma this is the worst one. And the grey shirt wearing manager siting right there thinking it’s ok. Smh! 🤦🏾‍♂️

  Young lady very unprofessional, gave me an attitude when I told her I was paying cash because she had just finished counting her drawer and then says she don’t have change this was at 7:55pm also a guy with a black tank top behind the cash register acting childish… came for coolant as it is I was already frustrated

  If you go there, ask for Julie. I was having some difficulty with a return, and she helped me out and was very kind the entire time. Retail can be hard - you have to enforce policy you don't set - but Julie was very understanding and obviously cares a lot about the customer experience
