Very disappointing experience. When I first called, he sounded irritated and unsure whether he could do the work. He said he needed to come look at the job. When he arrived, his demeanor was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional He told me it wasn’t possible to put a vent fan in my trailer and that only a passive vent would work. (Not true) I told him I would look for alternative help. He later called and told me I owed a $35 trip fee. This fee was never disclosed before the appointment. I have no problem with a fee when it is clearly disclosed upfront. Being told about the charge only afterward is unacceptable. Especially after being told he’s not sure he could do it. Based on the poor communication, demeanor, and lack of upfront disclosure, I would not recommend this company.

Scheduled several days prior to come out to fix the water heater not coming on and a water leak. He fixed the water leak but said "I don't know" when asked about the water heater. Waisted several days of my son's time, who works nights, not having hot water. Never checked fuses or did any troubleshooting to see if the water heater worked. He knew this was the reason we called him out. He should have let us know he did not know anything on water heaters in RV so we could have gone to another repair service. Very disappointed.

We are so THANKFUL, we had a plumbing issue on 4th of July and he came out in a jiffy. Immediately began problem solving and then educated us and let us know what the repair options were. We cannot express how grateful we are and will absolutely seek his services in the future whenever anything comes up.

Called about a propane leak. Came out the next morning. I loved that he showed up on time. Quickly found the leak & fixed it. Honest & reasonable.
