- BBBrian2 days ago1.0Welcome to fight club and why sitting in the line to get my oil changed here at wonderful Valvoline The manager went ballistic threatened an employee then turn around and ordered him off to property only to find out that he was sexually harassing one of the female workers that also wo walked out... I just happened to run into that person at Walmart today and ask what happened and was giving a quick rundown of how the area manager Brandon lamper refused to do anything too that sadistic hostile manager PS we did leave and will not be back this place has completely gone downhill and it is sad to see people treated like this if you want your car messed up you want to be treated like you don't matter then this is where you come

(Minus the techs bellyaching to each other about accessing an oil filter. Lol) Oil and filter change were completed as requested. For some odd reason, their techs feel the need to reinstall oil drain plugs with an impact gun, rather than properly torquing them to spec. (See rounded off corners in pictures) Spec on a '21 Ranger is 27lbft, after visiting this shop, I needed a 36" breaker bar + the majority of my body weight to break it loose. Second time I've observed this quality of work by this shop. They did the same thing to my fiance's vehicle, I unfortunately don't have a picture of how badly they mangled that bolt, but needless to say I can hardly slip a socket on there now.
