  I cannot say enough good things about Mohave Collision in Kingman. From start to finish, the level of customer service was exceptional. Jason Amanda and Chris truly go above and beyond for their customers and make what can be a stressful experience much easier. They were professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about both their work and the people they serve. What impressed me most was their commitment to putting customers first. Even when dealing with insurance companies that don’t always want to pay a fair price for quality repairs, Jason and Chris and Amanda continue to advocate for their customers and stand behind doing the job the right way. Rather than cutting corners to satisfy an insurance estimate, they work hard to ensure repairs are completed properly, safely, and to a high standard. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Jason Amanda and Chris treated me with respect, kept their promises, and made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop in Kingman that values integrity, communication, customer advocacy, and top-notch workmanship, I highly recommend Mohave Collision.   I had an excellent experience with mohave collision center from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Communication was outstanding — they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. The quality of the work was top-notch, and my vehicle looks fantastic. They were timely and efficient ! Everyone I worked with was courteous, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. It’s rare to find a team that combines great customer service with excellent workmanship, but they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair or body work.

  Jason, Amanda, & Chance really care about the people here in Kingman. I have only lived in Kingman for almost two years, still don’t know any people, so when my Car need to get the front bumper replaced, I had asked one person who recommended me to a Bodyshop in here is Kingman, so sent my wife to get an estimate, and we also got a rough estimate over the phone at a place my family takes there wrecked cars to in Los Angeles…(but the trek there and back is horrendous!). So I asked my better half, to get one more estimate. she goes down to Mojave Collision, gets a quote from Chance who is also one of the people who does work in the bodyshop. Now mind you the price different…not astronomically but different. So asked my wife how she felt about her first impression of the body shops were? Then she says well Mojave is slightly higher but, it’s a cleaner facility, the estimator chance took more time to look at the damage and overall she said I like Mojave Collision…as first impression. So I didn’t stop 🛑 there. I then went to google and read the reviews and made my decision to take the vehicle to them. Even though it wasn’t the least expensive quote. Mind you both place said there could be a variable depending after taking the car apart where the damage is we may need to have supplemental if we need some parts and labor we couldn’t see in the estimate. I agreed…make a long story Short, Jason the owner calls me up and explained a few things which was awesome, and he actually worked it out that he did about $1500 in supplemental work while lowering the original estimate! Absolutely amazing!!! I had range on the rear bumper that I did not tell them about nor was that in the estimate or part of the supplemental quote! But when I picked up the car Jason surprised me with the bumper repaired, and a full auto detail inside and out…(had not been fully detailed/washed in years) so total savings was close to $2500 from the original quote. And after the savings it was better then the other place here in Kingman.…and the car was ready in 6 days. Part of that first impression is Amanda also does an amazing job of always communicating with you from deposit, to parts arriving, to work completion date expectations. Which were exceeded! I would send my mother, grandmother & entire family to Mohave Collision Center in Kingman! I would travel cross country to get my vehicle repaired it was that amazing. Thanks to Jason & his team who treated my wife and I like family. You guys rock!!! Sincerely - Enrique
