  I cant say enough about the whole team at Mohave Collision. Jason, Chance, Chris, and Amanda, I can't thank you enough! They made my car that got in an accident look brand new. The work they did was amazing!!! Everyone there was a pleasure to do bussiness with. They fixed things on my car, like my headlights, that are working better than when I brought it in. Don't hesitate to go here, they do better than you can imagine.

  I really had such high hopes for this shop based on the positive reviews and we truly had the worst experience. I came here because I had been in an accident in December 2025 with my Lexus ES 350. When they returned the car back to us in March 2026, the body they did good on, but unfortunately the a/c was not working. We had taken the car in so many times to get it looked at just for every single time the a/c was still not working. Eventually we were told by insurance they “gave up on it” and couldn’t find the issue, so were directed to a different shop. Fine. We go to another shop, they find the issue and insurance directed us back to Mohave Collision because we were under warranty with them. Now, its about August and we have been trying to get the car in to get it fixed/looked at and basically this entire time they’re blaming insurance and insurance is confused in why they haven’t fixed it yet. Meanwhile we’re without a/c in Arizona prime summer time heat. We would call, they said they’d call us back and never did each time. No communication what so ever and not an ounce of empathy from them. I feel like the amount of times we’d call trying to get help I could tell they were annoyed, but i just needed help because it’s hot as hell outside. My husband finally addressed it himself because i had been getting the run around for months which was draining. He tried to be honest about not receiving calls back and how our issue is still not fixed after all this time. They weren’t too happy about that, accused him of being rude although he was being honest about our experience so far, and basically declined future service with us. Keep in mind, we were supposedly under WARRANTY with them. They did not uphold their warranty after everything, all this time basically wasted. It’s so unprofessional to not hear out your customers and to not uphold a warranty is crazy. I’ve never had an experience like this before, I feel like the whole time we were inconveniencing them with work on our car they didn’t finish! They also tried to say the issue was something they didn’t have anything to do with and after visiting another shop IT WAS TOTALLY THEIR FAULT and a part they replaced! I feel like they didn’t want to pay for what they messed up on and were so incredibly unprofessional/rude about it. Anyways, another shop fixed our issue in less than a week and didn’t gas light us the entire time thank God because that was insane. Thats my experience, hopefully yours isn’t as terrible as ours.

  My wife had some damage to her car do to backing into a pole. Our insurance agent recommended mohave collision center. We went over and spoke to them. Very friendly service and did an amazing job. I highly recommend. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs any type of body work completed.

  From the moment they answered the phone to the day I picked up my truck, nothing but the absolute best company to work with. My truck came out absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier!! Special shout out to Chance for handling the paint work I needed done and having it done absolutely perfectly and a day early!! Also for going the extra mile with helping me by installing some aftermarket fender lights while having my fender flares painted!! Great price, amazing quality and an absolute pleasure to work with!!
