  I would love to give this store 5 stars but the nasty person that is usually at the first register by the door is the reason I can't !!! Everybody else in that store is great, awesome customer service and very friendly and helpful!! That nasty person needs a LOT of training on how to talk and help customers!!!

  This isn’t a review about buying parts or getting help at the counter. This is about who Zylie is as a person, and what she did for me in a moment where she easily could’ve done nothing at all She showed compassion when I really needed it. I was going through a moderate to severe manic episode, and I don’t say that lightly. It was overwhelming, and I wasn’t handling it well at all. She was on her break, not working the counter, not dealing with a customer, just trying to have her own time, and still, she noticed me and chose to step in. She didn’t hesitate. She approached me with genuine compassion, stayed calm, and didn’t judge me or treat me like I was a problem. She helped me ground myself, kept things steady, and focused on making sure I was safe. Because of her genuine concern and compassion, what could have escalated into something much worse started to calm down. She helped me emotionally and physically just by how present and steady she was. What stayed with me most is how human she was about it. No fear, no discomfort, no acting like I was something to avoid. Just real compassion. She became a true ray of hope in a situation where I felt completely out of control, and I won’t forget that. Anyone can be polite while working a register, but what she did went far beyond a job. She chose compassion in a moment where she didn’t have to choose anything at all. That’s rare. That’s real. I genuinely think AutoZone is lucky to have someone like her. Thank you so so much genuinely Zylie for making me feel safe and secure you're a very amazing person to be representing a company I wish you the best in life! 💜

  My husband and I just received EXCELLENT service at the AutoZone, Stockton Hill, Kingman, AZ location. A super nice employee named DEVON assisted us. He was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly, I just called the store and spoke to a Manager named Kyra. She was thrilled to hear what I had to say. I promised her I'd do this Google review too! Great job DEVON keep on doing what you do best!
