  Matthew has amazing customer service. He started out by greeting me and explaining everything that was being done to my car and was very detailed for me to understand. The other guys that worked with him were nice as well but I did not get their names. 10/10 experience!!!!!

  Mike is awesome and very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about what your vehicle needs and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

  The whole team was great! Excellent customer service and everything was explained in great detail. One thing that I requested was a copy of recommended Services and I was told that it was going to be emailed and the only thing I received was the invoice. Otherwise everything was great.

  The experience was great. The energy The crew had was very contagious happy and energetic. They were kind offering cold water and icepops since it was hot. They made sure to check everything and they have competitive prices. Will definitely come back.

  I’ve been a loyal customer at Valvoline for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During my most recent visit, I expected a quick in-and-out oil change since it wasn’t busy—but instead, it turned into a stressful situation that left me without my car for a couple days. The employees struggled to remove my oil filter, and I was later told that a previous employee at Valvoline had overtightened it, which ended up damaging the oil filter stud during removal. While they eventually repaired the issue, the process took days, which was a huge inconvenience. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability and communication. I was told I would be reimbursed and given coupons for the inconvenience, but that never happened. On top of that, communication was poor throughout and I never received clear information. I also requested an invoice and photos of the damage for my records, and those were never provided. That lack of transparency is concerning. After years of being a customer, this experience really changed my trust in their service. I hope they improve their communication, follow through on promises, and take better care of long-time customers.
