  In within 5 mins and they were super friendly. Oil change and all that seemed to go find when it came to the cabin air filter there was a control box in front of it standard in Ford work trucks internet through them for a loop so I said don't worry about it just leave it on the seat I'll change it when I get home. They also changed the wiper blades, and when I got home I noticed that there was some pretty substantial oil marks from where they leaned against the truck to change the wiper blades. We can do better but i like your attitudes

  Place is only good for oil changes , I got my transmission serviced here , transmission fluid change , then 60,000 miles later I came Back to Get the transmission serviced once more , and they spent 45 mins trying to”remove “ drain bolt and proceed to tell Me They can’t service my transmission because they can’t remove the bolt and that’s it s damaged , when they are the ones that serviced it last. I wouldn’t get any other service here other than a regular oil changes!

  Jazz and Nathanial were very Friendly and were able to get me in and out fast with an oil change and Radiator replacement. Jazz especially helped me with giving me a discount that really helped me and she offeredme water. I will always give these 2 employees a 5 star rating because they go over and beyond. Thank you Valvoline for choosing the perfect employees.

  I've been a loyal Valvoline customer for over 15 years and recently moved here from California. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Valvoline location. We brought three vehicles in for service and spent over $300 today. My husband chose to switch lanes based on his own preference, which should have been a non-issue. However, Enrique and Jazz continued discussing and criticizing his decision, outloud in front of customers. At one point, Enrique even said, "With logic like that, leave him where he's at." The comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Our son is also a brand-new driver, so I simply let Enrique know he might need a little extra guidance while pulling into the service lane. Instead of being understanding, he seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. What disappointed me most was that Enrique and Jazz continued talking about my husband switching lanes until I finally asked why it bothered them so much. The conversation only stopped once they realized all of us were together. Customer service is about making customers feel welcomed and respected. Instead, we left feeling judged because of a lane preference. Extremely disappointing. Side Note (other things overheard) 1. Jazz was struggling with bay 3 which made us uncomfortable getting serviced by her, which was the reason for the bay switch (especially after reading previously reviews re: service errors) 2. When I was done, someone asked why they put a different oil in my car because I paid for Max Lide, so I have no idea what I actually got, but instead of questioning it bc I was already upset by their behavior, I left it alone to avoid further escalation. After all, at least my car has oil, right?
