- LPLailun Paule2 days ago5.0I was happy they were open on Sunday, July 5, so they could accommodate me, From pest experience. I know that they never have the oil filter that I need so I went and bought one at a local parts store about it with me then when they told me, oh we don’t have the oil filter. I pulled it out and said I already know how this works and they’re happy that I had the oil filter so I was able to get the oil changed. I was happy to get the interior air filter changed. It was quite dirty. Big improvement noted after the change of the interior air filter.

She kept me updated through the entire process and was very professional. By far one of the best managers!! Please go to this Valvoline should you have any issues with your AC, mine was fixed and I’m back on the road again in a cool car.
- JGJennifer GuillandJun 17, 20263.0They brag on doing all these checks, breaks, signals, lights… didn’t check any of them. I asked for the $79 oil change, it turned into a $100 oil change. When I said, that’s not the one I asked for, I thought it was $79. He said, no. That’s it. I said, I asked for the middle selection. He then explained how my jeep takes 6 quarts and their prices are for 5. So somehow that 6th quart cost an extra $20. Disappointed in their services that day.
