- SASamuel AndersonJul 28, 20261.0Have had an oil change done at this location before, pull up today and the guy said they dont service Jaguars, told him I got my last oil change done at this exact location before. He lets me park at the station after about 5 minutes he tells me I have a coolant leak, which I had during the previous change and tells me they cant change my oil due to the coolant leak. Don't know if anything changed but makes 0 sense that 5k miles previous I had a crew that just did the oil change no problem.
- AAAnthony AthyJul 28, 20261.0The manipulative-, no-moral having-, lack of integrity technician who did the work under my truck during the oil change sabotaged my truck by removing the starter cable bolt. My truck had zero issues prior to bringing it in for the oil change, and I know that technician was the one who did the vandalism, which is illegal by the way, because less than twenty-four hours later my truck wouldn't start. Upon inspection and diagnosing the problem, I found the root cause. I had just drove 400+ miles to Phoenix/Goodyear with no issues, and another 1,200 miles prior to heading toward Phoenix. Bolts of that nature just don't loosen themselves and fall off.
