I felt the service was superior with exceptionally friendly staff and all the additional inspections they conducted was great. A very pleasant 10 minute oil change in and out. A few days later, I noticed an oil stain on my driveway and looking under the car and found a small leak coming from the drain pan. I brought my car back to Valvoline and Brandon and the rest of the teams Customer service was excellent. He asked me a couple questions, investigate the leak and took care of it, by giving me a complete oil change and new filter and seal to ensure satisfactory service. Big thanks to you all!
