Cars are in great shape and the associates are friendly and just want to get you on your way. They ask questions that engage you and make you feel like you are still talking to a human. - BSBuddy SidoraJun 25, 20261.0We got a cracked windshield which can happen anytime to anyone and paid only $1,100 including additional fees for a 5 day Camry rental. What a steal! GEICO and credit card didn't want to help and the invoice wasn't broken down so we don't know if Enterprise helped with anything other than additional fees, or if we will get the deposit back. But they did send us a very friendly email later on stating that if we couldn't pay within 10 days of notice they would give us a premium upgrade to the blacklist membership. They also said their goons would stay in touch and show us collections and even offered to take us to a really fancy sounding place called the courthouse
