  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really good experience at Dash’s Car Wash. Dominic was super helpful at the pay station and made everything easy and straightforward. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions. Great customer service and definitely worth the 5 stars!

  I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while, and have always had a great experience. Recently had an interaction with an awesome employee, Mike (with the great beard). Super kind, courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and need a carwash.

  Outstanding customer service every time I stop by the location on Estrella! Onyx is just the best at this location and always greets me with a smile and takes care of my request and questions when needed.

  Next to impossible to get account canceled. They just keep charging you. I’d pay as you go with these shysters. I’ve disputed with the credit card issuer, successfully had chargebacks processed then they start up again. Watch your statements!

  EDIT: per the response from “owner”: I’ve submitted 2 website customer service requests last week and no one has responded. Workers are also giving me the runaround. Avoid at all cost. Don’t believe all the bot reviews. You really think 1,000+ people have actually reviewed a fairly new car wash? Save yourself a paint job and go to another car wash, TRUST ME! Car wash scratched up my paint badly. I filed a report with them and was told the regional manager would reach out and was even given his number. Not a single call and have left numerous voicemails. I even emailed at goodyear.site@dashcarwash.com. Not a single response. I returned looking for answers. After going back and forth with the workers I asked if I can get a copy of my report. To no surprise they do not have it, possibly tossed it. Once more took my info and said I’ll be called. I would hope they’d take accountability for the damages but they are avoiding me. As mentioned, save your paint. There are numerous car washes within the area. An extra 2 minute drive will save your paint. Avoid the one on Estrella too, that one is also owned by the same company Dash Express Wash.
