  I have to tell you that the car wash on pebble Creek has gone nothing but downhill in the last six months. Half of the vacuums on one wall by the car wash itself are out of order. There’s no canopy over them. I have not received tire shine on a car wash here in the last two months. I’ve had to begin purchasing cans of spray on tire shine myself. I also had to move today from vacuum lines that should be up and operational to other others because the vacuum lines were clogged. I did speak to the assistant manager who was on duty who said he just transferred here from another store a few weeks ago to help get the store straightened out. I do find this pretty humorous since he and one of the other employees were hanging out just shooting the breeze while someone’s girlfriend sat in the lobby. Clearly, there is a huge opportunity for improvement here and a great opportunity to take care of customers that is being completely missed The leadership at this Location needs to take a serious look at what’s going on and determine if they want to take care of their customers or continue to neglect them The assistant manager, I spoke to was very nice and indicated they were working on it, but the proof is in the pudding

  Great wash for a great price! Went through smoothly and received great service from all the employees throughout my whole experience- especially on such a busy day! I will definitely be returning😊

  Was being led into the car wash today when I felt my car shift to the right. Apparently, the guy moving me in position must’ve thought I needed to be close enough instead of directly in the rail.
