EDIT: that bot response lied. I have yet to be contacted by anyone. Avoid at all cost. Don’t believe all the bot reviews. You really think 2,000 people have actually reviewed a fairly new car wash? Save yourself a paint job and go to another car wash, TRUST ME! Car wash scratched up my paint badly. I filed a report with them and was told the regional manager would reach out and was even given his number. Not a single call and have left numerous voicemails. I even emailed at goodyear.site@dashcarwash.com. Not a single response. I returned looking for answers. After going back and forth with the workers I asked if I can get a copy of my report. To no surprise they do not have it, possibly tossed it. Once more took my info and said I’ll be called. I would hope they’d take accountability for the damages but they are avoiding me. As mentioned, save your paint. There are numerous car washes within the area. An extra 2 minute drive will save your paint. Avoid the one on Estrella too, that one is also owned by the same company Dash Express Wash.
