Jim and Remy (Reny) are both knowledgeable and kind. They have both helped me several times over the past few weeks in solving an emissions problem. I highly recommend this place of business.

Great customer service. Jim is super helpful and kind! They always give us discounts and don’t try to sell us on stuff we don’t need. When I bring my toddler in and we are waiting for our service to be done— they always put a movie on for him, offer crayons or snacks. Super great, glad we started getting our services here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every visit is always an amazing experience! I couldn’t recommend them enough! I know I can always trust this location to always take care of me & be honest with their work! Sean & Bryan really went above & beyond to make sure I got taken care of with some unexpected issues with my axles! I’ve been coming here since 2022 & have never had any issues. I come quite often due to being a delivery driver in my car. There’s no one I trust more than the guys who work at this location. Everyone is always super nice & just wants to make sure you’re taken care of every time! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Very happy with the service and honesty I experienced from Bryan here today! Thought I was due for an oil change, turns out my dealership didn't reset after completing it and I never looked at the sticker in my car. They could have done it anyways and charged me but they actually value their customers here. Now once I am ready for one, I know exactly what place to go to! Thank you for your time today and your full transparency. Great employee!!

I had such a great experience at Brakes Plus! Everyone was incredibly friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need or pressure me into additional services. They genuinely seemed to care about helping me and were willing to work with me, which I really appreciated. The manager was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and less stressful . It can be hard to find a place you feel like you can truly trust with your car, but I definitely felt that way here. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend them!
