  Allen and this team are amazing people. They’ve helped me tremendously repairing things with my car. They were very informative and patient with me. Always checked up me if I needed anything. Very interactive with their customers. The shop has good energy and I left very happy. Thank you so much to the team. I would highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone.

  Scheduled an appointment this morning to fix a at tire. Left my comments on the page to schedule what I needed. I requested the appointment and then later got a confirmation that it was approved. Showed up to my appointment and they said "we don't fix flats".... okay? Why was my appointment confirmed then? Were my comments even read? Truly disappointing.

  I'm so glad i took a chance on Brakes Plus. I'm new to the area and needed a trustworthy place to get my oil changed and they delivered! Fast, knowledgeable, professional and friendly service! I'll definitely be back for any other services my car needs.

  The brakes plus manager is amazing. He has worked with my family to help get the parts for my car and the AC going. The tech working on my vehicle has been great. The whole shop is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming to this shop for your vehicle needs.

  Impressive customer service. Stopped in to request a brake inspection for a shimmy in the steering wheel at a particular speed. BJ was able to get a mechanic to check it out (no charge). They determined that the front rotors were starting to warp even though the pads were fine. Michael gave me a thorough explanation and a quote for repair. I wasn’t able to have them repair it that day, but I’ll be back soon!
