  BJ is kind caring and very helpful. Turns out I just needed a battery and I thought my starter was going out. I didn’t like the price for a battery so I went somewhere else.

  I recently left a negative review following an incident, but the manager contacted me the next day to address my concerns. I am now pleased to share positive feedback. The staff were polite l, attentive, and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes integrity to acknowledge and resolve them. Thank you again.   Went in to have a bent tie rod replaced. My service advisor, Michael, went above and beyond to help get my car finished by the promised time- even going out in the bay and assisting the mechanic. And prior to the work starting, the shop did a thorough inspection and then Micheal price matched a quote I had gotten at another shop. Highly recommend this location.

  I recently had work done at Brakes Plus and overall had a good experience. The original quote was higher than I expected, but they ended up charging me about $200 less than the initial estimate, which I appreciated. The repair work itself was done well, and my vehicle is running great. The only issue was that they forgot to call me when the car was ready, so I ended up having to follow up myself. Overall, the pricing was still a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the work was solid and the staff treated me professionally. I’d consider using them again.
