  Staff seam to be friendly and very knowledgeable about the car servers they are providing especially Alex. I arrived early to go over the game plan for my vehicle, while waiting I was able to talk to another customer who had nothing but good things to say about Brakes plus. I believe that I will continue to have not only my Cadillac serviced at Brakes plus but will bring my other vehicles here. I will let my friends and family about the honest job they do. v/r Tony

  Thank you to Alex at the Goodyear location for the outstanding customer service! I originally had a scheduled service appointment at the Avondale location on Rancho Santa Fe Blvd\., but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me and wanted to cancel my appointment. I was then redirected me to the Goodyear location. Alex welcomed me, took care of my appointment, and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help. I’m very glad I was redirected to this location. Thank you, Alex, for making a frustrating situation into a great customer experience!

  Had taken my car to them in the past, but needed a quick oil change and decided to go to one of the drive and go spots. After some time they had said that the last shop had stripped my filter housing and that they were unable to get it off. I thought this was weird and that they had possibly done it but had no proof as to what occurred. So I contacted the last shop that had serviced it, brakes plus, and received amazing service. They had me drop it off that night and did the replacement next day. They were very helpful and worked with me through the situation and did the filter housing free of charge. Alex was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful through the process.

  I want to share a review of my experience yesterday Aug 22 2026 .I was beyond blessed at the customer service and care that I received. From Sean , Jim , Bryan and Ed . I was called to come from CA to care for my mother who had brain surgery. I was blessed in the use of borrowing my Fathers vehicle to make the trip. I went to my local oil changers before heading on the road. Trusting in their service I payed for the confidence of safe and reliable travel. To discover once arriving at my destination that I was leaking a heavy flow of oil. I did not know what to do !!! I drove to my nearest oil change station.. Upset and confused . I was met with such kindness and care . I am so impressed, of the above and beyond customer care that I received. I will forever more tell of the day , I was reawakened to kindness and care of men willing to take such care , patience and support to a woman in need.

  I would not recommend this location. I brought two different vehicles in for A/C repairs, and unfortunately, neither issue was resolved. On both occasions, my vehicle was kept from approximately 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with little to no communication or updates regarding the status of the repair. Additionally, my interactions with two employees were unprofessional and disrespectful. One employee also contacted my personal phone number in a manner that I felt was inappropriate and unrelated to professional communication. After giving this location two opportunities to address the A/C issues, I was disappointed with both the service and the overall customer experience. Definitely do not go here.
