Outstanding customer service from Jakobe . Hard to find good customer service and helpful people smiling now . I felt like a celebrity when I walked in with 3 or 4 good mornings , hellos , and welcome ins . I worked in retail a little over 5 years and a smile and a willingness to help is super hard to find . Thank you again Jakobe ! You’re awesome !

I want to give this AutoZone a huge shoutout for excellent customer service!
I had an issue with another AutoZone location where I was given the wrong part for my vehicle, even after providing my make, model, and year and specifically asking them to verify that the part was correct. I drove about 45 minutes to my mechanic, only to find out the part was wrong after the original part had already been removed.
I came to this AutoZone frustrated and needing help, and they completely turned the experience around. The staff was professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely willing to fix the situation. They took the time to verify what I needed and made sure I left with the correct part.
Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them. This location went above and beyond to correct another store’s mistake, and I truly appreciate it.

Raymond and Hector were helpful this morning! They showed me exactly where to find everything I needed and answered all of my questions. On top of the great customer service, they had some classic jams playing, an awesome way to start the day at 6am. Great service, great energy, and great music. Thanks, Raymond and Hector, for making my early-morning AutoZone run a great one!

I hadn't been to AutoZone in over 3 years because of a not so good experience I had going by myself. I'm very delulu when it comes to anything car related, so I had no idea what I was walking into.
There's a new AutoZone that opened up the street from my house and I needed windshield wipers ASAP. When I walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman named Isaac. He looked up my car by my license plate and helped me find the best wipers within my budget. I really appreciated that he didn't just push the most expensive ones - he actually let me choose.
After I paid, he asked an older gentleman named Scott to help me. By the time I walked outside my wipers were already installed. Scott even showed me how to install them myself next time in case I don't have help.
When I got in my car he smiled and said "Thank you for your business, we will see you soon." Such a lovely experience. It was the care alone that made me want to come back. Anytime I have car issues, this is where I'm going.
