  I used to avoid this place due to the previous management, however the new management is absolutely wonderful! She is so helpful and really cares about making sure globe has a good rental car place. If you have the proper documents needed, the experience is seamless and she goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. Give her a chance and spread the word!

  This place is ridiculous! They call a day or two prior to your reservation to let you know a new manager is running the place and now she is going to be following all rules that NO OTHER EMPLOYEE HAS EVER DONE. So I made adjustments needed for the correct card to be used and now they won’t allow that either. They completely change the story as if they didn’t just talk to me yesterday about the adjustments I made in order to follow their new rules. All the employees need to be retrained and all be on the same page with how they are suppose to run the business. Sad! I will never recommend this place to anyone.
