Our car battery went out today when we took a leisurely drive to Globe Az. Thankfully Sales Associate Violet hooked us up! Tested my battery, ran my codes, and helped with the battery installation. Would of been under and hour if I didn't drop the the main screw that holds the battery down. But again Violet to the rescue! And she took care of other customers as well, shes a rock star! All thier customers were polite and offered help, I weigh barely 100lbs and that battery was probably 40% my body weight. Thank you Violet at Auto zone, It was a fabulous experience, considering i didn't wake up today thinking i was going to buy a car battery.

Called because battery was bought for disabled veteran using a 3rd party connection that helps veterans in need. The battery less than a year old is dying every other day (not due to alternator) this location literally laughed at veteran and manager and other staff unprofessional the whole conversation was recorded on veterans phone. Store refused to trade battery in because "the payment was not made by you". Veteran is not trying to get a cash refund or credit he is attempting to use the battery warranty. Store refused even knowing it was bought by an organization that helps veterans. Battery was delivered by autozone Store to veterans home. Veteran called autozone corporate office and they refused see attached response by email
