  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Valvoline location. What should have been a routine oil change turned into weeks of frustration, wasted time, and additional expenses. During my initial oil change, the technicians stripped the skid plate bolts. At my next oil change, another Valvoline location told me they could not perform the service because the skid plate had been damaged and directed me back to the original location to have the issue corrected. Although this original location acknowledged the problem and said they would replace the skid plate, it took weeks for the replacement to arrive, and instead of using an OEM part, they ordered one from Amazon and it appears it was installed incorrectly. Today, I noticed a loud noise coming from underneath my vehicle and discovered that the skid plate is bent, missing bolts, and hanging down. I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of attention to detail, poor workmanship, and the inconvenience this has caused. A simple oil change should never result in multiple return visits, weeks of delays, and an unsafe repair that now requires me to take my vehicle to Honda to have everything properly inspected and fixed. This entire situation was avoidable and reflects a serious lack of quality control and accountability. I would NOT recommend Valvoline based on my experience and would strongly encourage others to consider having their vehicle serviced elsewhere.

  I visited this location today to have the oil changed on my work truck, and I had an outstanding experience. The entire team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Their communication with one another was seamless, which made the service efficient and gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and pleasant, and they made the entire process quick and hassle free. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service. Keep up the great work, and thank you again for a fantastic experience!

  Every time I go to the Happy Valley location, I’m greeted with a smile and great customer service. I love that I don’t have to leave my car and they are on top of all the “side” services that I might otherwise forget, tires, air filters, etc. They are quick, friendly and efficient. I’ve gone 3 or 4 times now and I will continue to take my vehicle(s) to this Valvoline location!

  I went in for a routine oil change, but immediately after leaving, my vehicle began smoking and would stall whenever I tried to drive above 20 mph. Concerned, I returned to the shop right away. After inspecting the vehicle, they admitted that the oil had been overfilled and that proper evacuation procedures had not been followed. Overfilling engine oil can potentially cause damage to critical vehicle components, including the engine itself, which is extremely concerning. Despite the seriousness of the mistake and the inconvenience it caused, no refund or meaningful resolution was offered. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I have trusted this location with every oil change since purchasing my vehicle, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and customer service matter. Based on this experience, I expected much better. If I could give zero stars, I would.
