  Very quickly in for service, but I told the tech that my car gives me the tire pressure and that I need the passenger front tire pumped up it’s at 29psi, he tells me he has to go by what the car is recommended for. I said yes it’s suppose to be 35 he said he has to do what is recommended again, I agreed again, but he didn’t do a damn thing, didn’t add the air . He told me to start the engine that it’s all done , I did, I got a low oil light instantly. I told him he starts to argue with me that I came in a quarter low on oil. I asked don’t you fill that up with the oil change, he said but it was low when you came in. I asked what do I have to pay extra for a full oil tank? He said no we filled it all the way. I said than why do I have a low oil light that I’ve never had before. The tech behind him was telling this guy, “ hey shut off the car I haven’t put the oil in yet”. For the love of god. The other man filled the oil showed it to be on the dip stick before saying to start the engine this time. The air filter was dirty they wanted $27 for that I agreed, but pissed me off because he said it was all broken when they took it out, em you guys are the only ones that have taken it out… and took apart my glove box to tell me the filter for that is going to be $60 I bought one at Walmart for $17 and put it in myself. I am very disappointed in the service, oh and no windshield wiper fluid. They said they ran out and another one said it was broken. Just very upset for $130.

  Rachel and the crew were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I arrived early without an appointment and got in immediately. The entire service took less than 25 minutes and there wasn’t pressure to purchase filters, wipers, or other things. They even checked the air pressure in the tires. Great experience.

  Took my 27 ft RV here for an oil change. Wasn't sure if it would fit in the bay - but it did! I take all my vehicles here for oil changes. Fast and convenient! Highly recommend.

  I have 3 vehicles and they are only serviced at valvolines. You pay a little more but its so worth it. Every employee at every store is so helpful, courteous and professional. And dont cram products and services down your throat. They only recommend. They are number one. Thats why the lines are so long. And thats ok. Its worth it. So if you go other places then its your fault if your engine blows up.

  I am an ASE certified technician performing services on a vehicle that was recently serviced at this location. Please be aware: This location is staffed with high school-age teens, who are NOT certified to perform automotive diagnostics or repairs. The oil pan drain bolt was so over tightened (over 60 ft lbs when it is supposed to be 23) And NO crush gasket was installed. Of course, the oil filter was also over tightened, they are supposed to be hand tight. Tools had to be used to remove this filter, costing other people time and money This can cost a customer an engine. This is pure incompetence. Anytime an oil change is performed, the correct torque for the drain bolt should be followed, (so it doesn't destroy the customer's oil pan) and a new copper crush ring should *always* be used. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you care about your vehicle, do not take it to this place.
