  Been coming to this shop for almost 10years. Scott the new owner has treated with with the upmost disrespect and name calling on the phone today, I had to take my service elsewhere. He Even texted me on the side that I was a pathetic American. How professional, he didn’t want to help me in anyway and told me he can charge any hourly rate he wants cause he’s the owner. Charged me for work they didn’t do and tried to say it didn’t get changed on invoice. Ya cause your employees suck! Be careful here people.

  called to set up to have our commercial truck water pump replaced, was told $180/hr labor which was a little high then after the truck got there they decided that their rate was actually $400/hr labor. They wanted $5,700 to replace a water pump on a Cat 3406, absolutely crooked highway robbery.

  If I could give 100 stars, I would. In 2026, finding a reputable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable mechanic shop feels nearly impossible. There are so few left, and too often you end up spending money at multiple shops before finally finding one you can truly trust. Scott Repman’s is the kind of shop you hope to find when your vehicle breaks down. Their communication is outstanding, and Alex and Greg are fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely great people to work with. I wish I knew the mechanics name that worked on my van but absolutely outstanding, quality work… perfect! They quickly diagnosed the issue with my work van, and while it was a major repair that wasn’t cheap, they did everything they could to save me money without sacrificing the quality of the work or the parts used. I absolutely appreciated that. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, sourced the necessary parts quickly, and had my van back on the road days earlier than expected. That meant the world to me. Since it’s my work van, every day it’s down costs me money, so getting it repaired quickly and correctly was incredibly important. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They represent everything a mechanic shop should be honest, trustworthy, professional, and committed to quality workmanship. The entire team was outstanding. Customer for life!
