  Jake and the guys down at Scott Repman’s are great mechanics and even better people! When it comes to being a great mechanic, the proof is in the results: I brought my newly-bought, used 2016 F150 with 98,000 miles to them in 2023 with a check engine light code. They diagnosed the faulty turbos and replaced them at a good price. The truck is currently at 146,000 miles, and I haven’t had a single issue with the turbo repair. But more importantly, when it comes to being great people, it’s how they treat you when they’ve got nothing to gain: I just had another check engine light come on this past week. I called on Monday, dropped it off that afternoon, and they had it looked at and the check engine light fixed Tuesday morning; however, the sensor attached to the check engine light wasn’t working how it should. So, I dropped it off again and they had no problems reevaluating and correcting the issue. Instead of getting the “run around”, I got a “hey, we’ll get it right; you’re good people” and a handshake. I’d recommend Scott Repman’s to anyone!

  Incompetent workers price gauging so called repair shop charged me $700 for a battery installation and another $180 for a part I didn't even need Truck still not fixed can't even give a quote on repairs my truck set there for weeks collecting dust same excuses every time I was referred by a friend after being screwed by another fake mechanic for $2400 so now I'm out of $3300 with no resolve and no answers thanks a lot for nothing I will be taking it to the dealership where I'll pay triple but at least I won't get the run around
