  This is the most difficult and frustrating experience I have had renting a car in my life. After being told two completely different things by the employees inside vs out regarding payment, the worker charged my debit card then reversed the charge without asking. That immediately put me out $580 which I am still waiting to receive back from my bank. The location manager offered to switch the reservation to my husbands name and use his credit card, but that still puts us out $580 until the transaction actually goes through and I can get my money back. I understand that once he reversed the charge, my money would be gone for at least 3-5 days, but to act like $580 is just throw away money and we can “put it on another card” is absolutely ridiculous. That’s almost $1200 just to get a rental car for a few days.

  ⭐ I had a very disappointing experience today with Samantha Mendoza, the Branch Manager at this Enterprise location. Her behavior toward me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I came in expecting to rent a vehicle and initially was told I could get one. When I asked a simple question regarding the $200 deposit based on my previous experiences with Enterprise, Samantha became dismissive and ultimately told me that she would not rent me the vehicle. What bothered me most was the way she handled the situation in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. A Branch Manager should know how to communicate company policies professionally and treat every customer with dignity, even when the answer is no. I have rented from Enterprise before and understand that policies must be followed. My complaint is about Samantha’s attitude, lack of professionalism, and the way I was treated publicly. I have already filed a formal complaint with Enterprise regarding today’s incident and requested that upper management review what happened. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better professionalism from an Enterprise Branch Manager.

  If I could give a lower star review I would. This place is a disorganized shit show. They are all about overbooking and not having the adequate number of cars to accommodate their reservations. I’m going on three hours of waiting for my car and watching Morgan on the phone give cars away to people calling in as opposed to giving those cars to the people in the waiting room. This place is horrible.

  They always help me when my car is in the shop. The current team is fantastic; closed loop communications, follow-ups given when requested - their customer service is great just for those two things.

  I was renting a car because mine was being repaired. Each team member I spoke to and interacted with acted with kindness, was knowledgeable and answered all questions. The office location was clean on the inside and out and each team member was well dressed and represented the brand well!
