Enterprise has ALWAYS been my favorite rental car company. They have military discounts and are on point with online reservations. Usually no wait time and sometimes a free upgrade. And the cars are clean. Friendly staff too, even ones who like to talk more than I do. Lol!

I had a great experience with Enterprise, especially because of Justin. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by offering to give me a ride to Sands Collision Center. I really appreciated him taking the extra time to help me out, especially when I needed it. It’s the little things like that that really make a difference. Justin was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience much easier for me. I’m very thankful for his help and would definitely recommend Enterprise!

Sam was amazing.!! She was very kind during both pick up and dropout day.. Very professional and knowledgeable about her job. She worked with me and making sure that I didn’t get a little BS car and help me speak with the insurance company that was paying for the rental to have them satisfy my needs as well.

I returned my rental to this Enterprise location (4908 W. Glendale) that I had picked up from the airport in Savannah, GA the week prior. I experienced several issues with this rental mostly, because the lack of prep it received from the Savannah location I had picked up from. Sam the manager of the Glendale branch went above & beyond to make it right even though it was no fault of her own. I was very pleased with her understanding, and handling of my concerns. I will be coming back here for any future rental car needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Enterprise from beginning to end! I picked up my rental at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and the entire process was incredibly easy and convenient. I completed my check-in online ahead of time, so there was no need to spend time at the counter. I simply arrived, gave them my name and ID, picked up my vehicle, and was on my way. The Chevy hybrid I received was a great vehicle—comfortable, clean, and fantastic on gas, which was especially appreciated while traveling around Arizona. Returning the vehicle to the Glendale location was just as easy. Justin assisted me with the return and was friendly, professional, and made the entire drop-off process quick and effortless. From the convenient online check-in at the airport to the excellent service from Justin in Glendale, this was a smooth and stress-free rental experience. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise again. Highly recommend!
