  Guillermo is one of the nicest guys I've met out here. This place works with you, and it offers quality service. I haven't lived in Arizona long enough to have consistent car servicing and to be honest i was nervous getting car care from a new place as i had someone i went to already. But after this brake job im leaving happy, and coming back again.

  My 2010 4 runner got new shocks and tires. Came here for an alignment. It took some doing to get perfect but Ira got it done. He also resurfaced my brake rotors and got it ready for a 3000 mile trip. We made it smoothly. Thanks guys. Guillermo and Josh were also very nice. My husband said thanks as well.

  DO NOT go to brakes plus off 67th Ave and Bell Rd. They are advertising an oil change for $29.99 but their shady management will try to charge you an additional $30 for "extra" charges. After I called him out he got super defensive and tried to defend the charges. I told them to honor the coupon but he refused. Yes I needed 1 extra quart of oil but that is not a $30 upcharge when you can buy it orielly or auto zone. Super shady and unprofessional

  I have been visiting this Brakes Plus for the past several years. Every time I visit here it has been great service. What initially got me to make this the primary location for all repairs is back when I had a previous suv with multiple issues. We came to this location for brake service and they notified us of a major engine leaking from an area that would probably be covered under manufacturer warranty. Not many places would go out of their way to help in situations like this. Did not try to make money but recognized we could probably have it covered by another shop. Since then we have gone back and they have never tried to up sell on things that are not needed, they only inform. Because of this we will continue to go back knowing they will be honest about their service.

  I have brought my car to get ac fixed on a 2016 ascent 44000 miles. They installed a new compressor and one other part and took over a week. Never really too cold and 2 months later I’m here with no ac. My dad came with me and they said oh we probably didn’t put enough or too much freon in bring it back Monday. Brought it back in and now they said they installed a faulty air compressor. Fixed it 2 days later in 113 degrees with kids in the car it’s not working once again.
