I did not have a reservation or a ride home, which meant I would have to wait. The manager gave me a realistic time frame. The store was able to get me truck quicker then the original estimated time frame. They were very friendly and knowledgeable able. As I was walking out one of the service men thanked me for my business and told me to have a great day. That completely surprised me. I when I got in my truck my seat was exactly where I had left it. I could reach the peddles. This store knows that it is really the small thing that matter.
