He tested the battery, explained the situation clearly, answered our questions, and recommended the right replacement. After changing the battery, the car worked well. I really appreciate his great customer service.

Disappointing as i have gone to Autozone for years, and did not expect this level of disrespect. If you are a woman, please be careful coming here, so you dont get talked down to.
