  I just went up to my AutoZone at 35th Ave. And Deer Valley and got great customer service from their employee Joseph. He met me outside with a smile and asked how he could help me. I went in because my battery had been dying. He asked me to pop my hood and he automatically knew that it wasn’t that I needed a new battery. It was because the terminals were dirty. I was so grateful that he didn’t just try to sell me something that he actually fixed my problem. He graciously went inside and got the cleaner and cleaned off my terminals. My battery is working great! He really made my night! I am so grateful for his great customer service and for all of his help. Denni Fleury.

  Michael is the greatest store manager! Had my ignition coils go bad, they were under warranty, the two other auto ones I called were not as helpful. Isabelle tried but her manager wasn’t there so she couldn’t do anything and the one not far from her location south of northern was very rude. Michael was the knight in shining armor so I can drive another day. His staff was super helpful. And this location is the BEST! They know what they’re talking about here, they can help, and they provide the best customer service. Thank you guys for being incredible!

  I want to commend this store for their outstanding customer service! I went to have my battery checked and it was performing perfectly. However, Andrew advised me to come back later in the day because it could’ve been a false read. So I did restart my car and then take a drive back down to AutoZone. I am so grateful I did. It did turn out that I needed a new battery. Kimberlee was happy to wait on me and Andrew was able to install the battery within minutes. I can’t forget to mention Joe as well because he offered to help with the battery too. This will be my AutoZone go to store.

  I came to this location requesting a new key fab and was helped by Joshua (I think that was his name). Instead of just accepting the sale, he politely asked to take a look at the key to see if he could troubleshoot other potential problems. Took the fob apart, everything seemed right. Tested the battery - battery was testing dead, even though I just bought it new a week ago. 10 dollars later my problem was solved. There are a lot of things that really stand out to me. Instead of letting me spend $100 or whatever it was on the fob, which is what I thought I needed, he took the time to figure out what the problem actually was, without me asking, or hinting that I'd like him to do that. I also heard a co-worker mention while he was working on my key that Joshua was off work soon - so, even though taking the extra time to truly diagnose the problem correctly could have kept him from leaving on time, he did it anyway. Really very impressed with the thorough service and great care. Thank you, Joshua (really hope that was your name)! A+++
